I love Cara Covington's Lusty,Texas tale. The history of the town is fascinating and the men and women take life and live to the fullest. Matthew and Steven Benedict are so alpha hot, wow ! Kelsey is a lucky girl when she agrees to test the sexy ménage tryst they have planned. The story is suspenseful, interesting and addicting. The characters are deeply thoughtful, sexy and romantic.
Their past problems are discussed and the trio work at figuring out the best way to make this relationship work. Bad guys are found, love triumphs, and we want more !!! ENJOY !!

Trying to rebuild her life after a tragedy has put her in a haze for the past five years, Kelsey Madison moves to Lusty, Texas to open a restaurant. Kelsey has been actively pursued by Matthew and Steven Benedict, not realizing that it is the norm in Lusty to have menage' relationships.
When Kelsey finally agrees to a date with both of them, she makes it known from the beginning that she does not want a relationship. Both Matthew and Steven know that Kelsey has hurdles to cross before she can give her heart to them, but they are more than patient with the woman they both love and want in their life forever.
I had actually read this one before, not realizing it. This is a pretty good book. You really feel for Kelsey as you learn about her past, making it a pretty powerful book. Definitely had a segway for another story to develop with another character.

How smart is it to write a romance book after the characters already met and started courting? That is the best part. And for a girl who decided to not date and all, she was pretty quick to fall in bed and love.
When I read books like this I feel like the author is not actually a romance reader and just in it for the money.
DNF for right now, maybe will finish it later when I lack something to read. I will update my review if that happens.

She can't deny her attraction, but after the tragic loss of her husband and young son, she won't risk her heart again.
An abandoned toddler and an attempt on her life, the brothers Benedict are there for her. Kelsey realizes that she has already lost her heart.

Kesley, Mathew & Stephen. Adam Kendell & Warren the lawyer. Some of the issues touched upon in this book, Kesley was going through, are pretty deep. Mathew & Stephen are pretty great guys. There are several sizzling scenes in this book, Whew!

Love Under Two Benedicts by Cara Covington is one hot story that will captivate your heart and soul. The small town of Lusty, Texas is one hot town where anything goes. No one will judge you on how you wish or desire to live. That sounds wonderful if only that place existed somewhere close that you could walk hand in hand with the person or persons you love and not be judged or maybe even thrown in jail.
Kelsey is an amazing woman and she has lived a tragic life. She feels as if her life is over since she lost her husband and her child. That is something that will never leave someone’s heart and there will always be something missing but love will heal everything if you believe. Kelsey has a naughty side that will eventually come out to play. Enjoy the ride that these two hunks will set you on and experience the most pleasurable erotic sexual pleasures imaginable.
Matthew and Steven have set their eyes on Kelsey but they will have somewhat of a little trouble with her trying to make her believe that love can still happen even after her tragic loss. Matthew is the oldest and seems to be the dominant lover of the two, he has his own past that has not led him back to Lusty, Texas. Matthew is charming and sexy and just delicious. Just his way of speaking to Kelsey will leave you wanting more and let’s just leave it at that. Steven is the youngest brother and is more sentimental and more of the follower. He adores Kelsey and will do anything to keep her safe. The amount of desire and pleasure that Matthew and Steven share with Kelsey is amazing your body just tingles and makes you blush as you read. It’s like you can feel them as they caress her and makes her feel as if she were so fragile and easily to break.
Just as in other stories there are road blocks to every relationship that make them or break them. Kelsey will be put through several tests but only her men can help her see the truth and you can not leave the town so far behind. There is one test that has stayed in my mind that made me sick to my stomach on the situation but the reasoning’s fade away in knowing why it was done. It is hard for Kelsey to understand this situation but everything happens for a reason. No matter the situation that Kelsey is in, the brothers are there to help serve and protect. How can you not help to fall in love with them, too?
I highly recommend anyone to read this book. It will leave you wanting more and feeling so ready for anything. There are times that you need to go with what you feel and not what you know is good for you. Trust and loss are hard but love has a way of healing everything.

Love Under Two Benedicts is the 3 book in the Lusty, Texas series and the second that I actually read. All of these books can be read on their own as stand alone books however you get to know the town and people better if you read more of them. I was fairly new to the whole menage deal when I began reading this series, in fact this series was the first that I read and enjoyed.
You really feel for Kelsey Madison because she has finally began to put her life together after watching both her husband and young son murdered. She has come to Lusty to open a restaurant, Lusty Appetites, which will be a prominent fixture in most all of the future books. Kelsey girl can cook! She manages to catch the eyes of Matthew and Steven (a rancher) Benedict who are terribly adorable if I do say so myself. Matthew is one of my favorite Lusty men! I love when he runs out of the sheriff's office (he's a deputy in a town where the police force is a total of 3) and takes off behind Kelsey. Both men love spending as much time as they can with her. The agree to Kelsey's "it's just sex" but even she knows deep down that it isn't. She has a really hard time when a little boy is left in her restaurant by his mother who is being abused. Then someone from her past resurfaces and is determined to make sure that Kelsey doesn't remember them. The two wonderful men help Kelsey deal with the heartbreak of her past and show her that there is a future for her. One that is filled with love, laughter, and a town full of family. Not to mention the incredibly HOT sex!

Oh boy!! This was a really interesting book. It had a lot going on besides the menage relationship, a murder plot and abandoned kid. Lots to follow! You would think that with all that it would not drag, but no it had several parts I found myself skimming cause they were just so eh.
I did enjoy the book and have hope for the series, it could not go on for so many book if it didn't improve. It is also highly recommended by another author I enjoy, so I will press on!
I really liked the characters and dynamics of the couples. They were very real and engaging. Only complaint is there are so many names to remember and several have the same first name. That makes things tricky.
I loved the side plots and have guesses about other pairings in a future books! Really great start to a promising series. I also need to read the prequel books.
The steam was hot and heavy and the book was loaded with steamy scenes!! Really creative and not repetitive!! Yummy men!

This was a pretty good book, I did have to just go along with Kelsey accepting things very quickly though. I love the idea of a town that called Lusty, where most of the couples are in a committed menage relationship/marriage, that it is accepted as normal.
Kelsey's background was sad, but not as bad as you think when you get to the end. I really felt sorry for Ginny and have a feeling that she will find happiness in Lusty, probably with Adam and someone else. I'll keep reading this series just to find out.

Between the Cover and the Town Name I was sold.... Unfortunately the story was kind of all over the place and I was left with some unanswered questions, the ending just felt rushed. BUT... the chemistry between the Heroine and her 2 heroes was quite hot... I wouldn't mind having Steven and Matthew come to my rescue ;)

Oh WOW this is one scorching hot book but not only that the story is riveting I just had to know what would happen. Then when I thought I new BLAM! I am in tears and in love. This was the first book I have read from this author but it wont be the last she weaves a fanatic story about people who get under your skin I will so be going back to Lusty!

I still wish there was a way to note that a book has spanking. Technically, that is sometimes not fully BDSM, but it should be noted for those of us that have an issue with hitting. It continues to annoy me that much menage includes BDSM, as that is not required for eroticism. Or for a menage. =) If you have to include BDSM to make your book erotic you are doing it wrong.

I loved this story of love lost and love found. Sex is m/f/m, m/f - explicit, frequent, generous. Steven and Matthew are brothers, so no m/m. The story kept me interested and the sex scenes were sexy and very descriptive.

Still very good overarching storylines. I liked this as the first book in the modern Lusty, some repetition from book to book in tone, phrasing and positions but I guess that is to be expected when the author is dealing with such a narrow subject field.

Didn't buy the instant 24 hour marathon of sex and instant love. The heroine changed her mindset in 8 hours from no dating period and not having sex in 5 years to instant menage. Besides no relationship development, there wasn't any sexual chemistry.

A 3.5 star story. Not too bad for a Menage. There were a few eye rolling moments, but for the most part it was a pretty solid story. Will keep reading to see how the other books catch my fancy.
