Coupling: Filthy Erotica for Couples edited by Sommer Marsden has very erotic and interesting short stories by different authors. For example you have Alison Tyler, Jeremy Edwards, Alison Seay and more. These erotic short stories are very interesting because there are a couple that I would have not thought about, one in particular which I will share a little of.

One story that I will describe to you, the reader, is about a couple Cameron and Charlotte, The Clothes Make The Man by Emilie Paris. There are many couples that like to get dressed up right before they have kinky sex and it is usually the woman that does the dressing up for their significant other. Well this story is the same but with a twist. The title of this couples' erotic short story says it all. Charlotte goes into her closet and is set on picking out a sexy outfit for her little fantasy with Cameron, but she grabs a suit. This only means that she will now take the roll of the dominate one not like her boyfriend thought. Will he like it? Will he want more than just a couple of paddles on his ass? I will let you fill in the blanks and see where it takes you.

These short erotic stories are wonderful to see how a couple can keep their sex lives alive for many years to come. I recommend for you to read this book and see where some of these stories can take you in your relationship with your husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, or lover.

I got this from a Goodread's giveaway. Not to shock my other literary-minded friends or anything, but I enjoy a good dirty read, and I'd say this falls into that category. Definitely not the filthiest thing out there, and some of the stories are a little tame for me, but I do love that it's all about couples. I think couples, especially married couples, are often overlooked when people think of really hot sex. I'm of the belief that we have it, but we just like to keep it our little secret.

Anyway. Good book, easy to read in one sitting, and a few of the stories are really extraordinarily written.

"Ideas for a Monogamous Couple". This anthology has some decent stories with some ideas for a monogamous couple to try. I really liked Blackout by Alison Tyler Just Be Yourself by Dean Isbell, and Drinking Her Under the Table by Jeremy Edwards. The story Mermaid is an interesting approach to breast cancer, too. Anal sex, Rimming, Bondage, and Role-Play are only four of the ideas to add a little spice to your relationship.

I bought this on a whim, because I felt like reading erotica and it sounded more interesting than most of the other top-rated erotica on Amazon.

I do like the premise of a book of erotica meant to be shared between long-term couples, and there was a different level of enjoyment in tales about couples who have been together a long while and who are experimenting or engaging in things they particularly enjoy.

However, I dislike the trope of a straight-laced woman who needs the control taken from her in order to feel completely satisfied, and it shows up not just once but twice in this anthology. That was irritating. The physical descriptions of women were fairly uniform, while very few males were described.

Also, the book bills itself as extremely kinky, while I thought it was kink-lite. The characters in these stories dabble and experiment, without crossing into any dangerous territory that might turn on those drawn to the "kink" label. The stories were just kinky enough for me to identify most of them as a kink I don't share, without taking any risks or breaking any ground in those kinks.

Overall, I can see many long-term couples sharing these stories to start a conversation (or a more physical kind of interaction), and I may even lend it to my husband, but I expected more from the description that drew me to click to buy it.
