This book felt very dull and uninteresting, making it a challenging read from start to finish. It lacked the engaging elements that keep readers invested, which made it difficult to stay focused. While the information presented may be useful for some, the overall delivery fell flat and failed to capture my interest.

One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of examples. The book was rigid and overly focused on presenting information without offering practical tips or strategies that could be applied in real-world teaching situations. It felt more like a textbook than a resource designed to inspire growth or improvement.

Although this book might be helpful for new teachers who are looking for foundational knowledge, I wouldn’t recommend it for the professional growth of veteran educators. Experienced teachers are likely to find the content too basic and lacking the depth needed to truly enhance their skills or practices.

In the end, while this book may serve as a starting point for beginners, it doesn’t provide the tools or insights necessary for experienced teachers looking to grow professionally. I would suggest looking elsewhere for more practical and engaging resources.
