His plans deter when he runs into a beautiful damsel with a story that tugs at his heart strings.Aerynn Robinson thought life was peaches and cream, until her whole world spirals over the course of a day. Her only focus is getting back on her feet for the sake of her daughter. She runs into a kind gentleman who wants to bring her peace and shelter her from the pain. All wounds heal over time. But, Love Changes….
This standalone was just what I like, quick and dirty and situations handled quickly without becoming drawn out unnecessarily!! Aerynn, Jaxson and the little homie deserved the happiness they had with each other. Nathaniel was a weak man. Eric, Sophia and Jayme let entitlement and desperation lead to their destruction. The grammar and editing sucked, but I guess I’m getting used to it with urban fiction. Even with all that this definitely an entertaining read!!
Aerynn cried for a good little minute, but she had to put on her big girl panties for Kylee. See she didn't know Jaxson was going to come in and save , change her life a days apart. Nathaniel is a goofy punk letting Jayme run his life as if he didn't have a backbone or a pair of balls. Jaxson had to feel Aerynn out first then he came for her full court press. Then Tiffany didn't make it any better and she turned out to be a close friend. Aerynn grandparents and Jaxson parents loved on her. Her grandparents made her a millionaire. I knew Bryce was caught up in Sophia web when he mentioned her to Jaxson. Jayme and Erik was all about money they weren't getting any. Nathaniel took Jayme's baby knowing it might not be his and she doesn't have a maternal bone in her body. That was cute how Jaxson proposed to Aerynn
This is my first time reading your work and I loved everything about this storyline. Aerynn went through so much just to come out on top. That goes to show you what the Devil means for bad, God turned it strong for your good. Jaxon was definitely the man. Nate was weak and got what he deserved. He tried to take her baby and looked what happened, you can only see her with supervision & he has to sit back and watch his daughter call someone else daddy. Sophie and Jayme got Exactly what was coming to them!!
Wow what a roller coaster did Nathaniel put Aerynn on. From making her out to be a bad guy, taking all of her personal items, car, house and leaving she and her daughter out in the cold all to find out that he was married all along. However, Jaxon, the real man came in to save the day, caring for she and Kylee like they so deserved. He taught her about the different Love Changes, whether good or bad. He also taught her not to let those changes change who she was and he helped her to open her heart again to take that leap with him.
Jaxon, Jaxon, Jaxon. That is a man and let it be known that he was a man and a man’s man. Aerynn was dealt a crazy hand but she didn’t let it get her down and had a village she didn’t even know about. Nathaniel, Eric, and Jayme were the bottom of the barrel. Nate should’ve been dealt a harsher hand than what he was dealt because he knew. I’m glad that Jaxon and Aerynn were able to live their lives and find happiness after their storms.
I was led to this book because the cover was beautiful. Had no idea what this book was about. Let me tell you. I really enjoyed this book. There was so much going on. I got mad. I got happy. I got irritated. I wanted to slap some folk. I had all the feel with this story. I thought that things moved kind of moved quickly for my liking however, that didn't take away that this was an entertaining story. I think everybody wish that they could meet a Jaxon.
Wow, this story had a lot of action and no good people in this. This was my first time reading from this author and it won't be my last. I loved everything about Aerynn and Jaxon. It ended great but wished it had some more to it, thats how good it was. And hated everything about those ex-wives. BD was a punk none the less, lol! Good read and glad I copped this free book. I recommend this work of art.
This is my first book by this author, and I must say this was an excellent book. I love how she let Aerryn have enough street in her, but kept that sister classy in all her responses despite what was done to her. I love Jaxon showing her the difference between a grown man and a man pretending to be grown. I see you D’Mesha and excited to see what you have next.
Baby Aerynn had to weather the storm !! Dealing with so much drama and heartache. She needed Jaxon as her healthy support. Glad she was able to get her life back on track without depending on a man.
Now I will say there honestly were to many POV’s . I felt like it took away from the book.
Smh 🤦🏾♀️ I didn’t get any work done in the office today fooling around with this book 😆……Jealously is a terrible thing smh I always get a little anxiety when I read books with someone struggling but when it works out in the end and the people who deserve to be treated like trash gets it I get excited lol
I hate to admit, but There were numerous grammatical errors and things I had to decipher on my own. Other than that, it was a beautiful love story between Aerynn and Jaxon. I also noticed the statement “lopsided wig” must be a signature of the author lol. I conclude this was another great book Ms. Wright.
This book was wonderful and i love the way jaxon showed aerynn true love and her daughter I’m sad to see them go but hopefully we can get a holiday book out of them you won’t regret reading
I stumbled upon this great read in a group of mine. All I can say it was indeed worth reading. I love me some Jaxon. His love for Aerynn was unmatched. I hated the things she had to go through but in the end she got her happiness!!!
This book was really good and held my attention from the very first page. I loved the bond that formed between Aerynn and Jaxon it was like they was made for each other.
This is an awesome story about resilience and determination! The road to healing was amazing! The old woman telling her that no where to go but up spoke to my heart!
This is my first read by this author and it was a really good read. I would like more on the couple but I'm glad everything worked out the way it should.
