Find Chaffy

Rate this book
Before solving the mystery that's posed in this very unusual picture-packed book, kids will want to know that Chaffies are white and round, with smiling faces. Chaffies have only one and a half ears--the result of a lawnmower accident--and they aren't very intelligent. Ten silly Chaffies have wandered off into the big, wide world, and have become totally lost. Boys and girls who open this book must find them--and the only way to find them is by studying the humorous color illustrations that fill ten two-page-spreads. Each illustration is filled with a maze of amusing creatures, and each creature looks a little bit like a Chaffy. One Chaffy is lost among a colony packed with pandas, another is hidden among hundreds of cats at the Kitty Circus, and still another Chaffy is wandering among a flock of graveyard ghosts. The hunt and the fun goes on for many more pages in a book that promises to keep kids amused for hours.Book PaperbackPublicati

Super fun and challenging seek and find book. (Is that what you call them? Seek and find books? Find and seek is kind of backwards and hide and seek is just wrong. Oh well!) This book has adorable illustrations of the Chaffys and everything they hang out with. There is also a cute little story. I honestly had a really good time playing around with this book. It brought back a ton of Where’s Waldo? memories.

Help!!! My eyes! My eyes!!!

Huaduh, jereng mataku membaca buku ini. Chaffy-nya kecil-kecil banget sih!

Fucking brilliant. Full of soul and energy, and doesn't treat the reader like an idiot (as with a lot of kid's books). Like "where's wally", it forces you to appreciate finer details in a larger scheme - a valuable life lesson that can be applied to many things. As a kid's book: tenouttaten, as a small adventure for the developed mind: still worthwhile and enjoyable.

Note: one chaffy looks a little different...
