Wonderful! He teaches how to tap into the depths of our soul through journaling and write to draw out what we're learning.

This book is lent to me by a friend and I'm in love with his writing and insights. It has been invaluable with helping me to become better in writing. I've ordered a copy of my own so I can reread it over and over when I'm finished (half-way through on page 67).

** Got my own copy and finished reading it. It's the type of book I will read again and again working through the process of journaling in my own life. I think it's a valuable resource with which to grow and learn to tune into myself and become the person I came here to be.**
