This is a fantastic send-up of Victorian and Edwardian pulp literature. There are jungles on Venus, evil brainiacs on the Moon, a load of Martians that are rather put out about losing the War of the Worlds, and Aether-Ships that run on radium engines. Comes complete with elaborate names and "hastily-penned missives" that go on for four florid pages. A++++, would read again even if no one were ever naked.
