Ingrid's day turned out to be full of surprises. A ten-hour road trip to surprise her boyfriend, leads to a total life makeover that couldn't have come at a better time.
Ms. Espino writes a very likable heroine in this tale of two wolves. I admire the fact that although Ingrid might see her life as headed nowhere, she doesn't let that stop her from seeking out and enjoying some of the best parts of life. Ingrid is very aware of her own sexuality and doesn't let a cheating boyfriend deter her from having a little fun whether solo or with others. She's independent, spontaneous, and sexually confident. Callen and Ethan have definitely met their match. Callen compliments Ingrid's somewhat dormant dominant side by indulging in her bondage games whereas Ethan is the opposite and excites Ingrid's submissive side. I should mention the sex scenes are hot to say the least, so no wonder it's impossible to choose just one of the men.
The plot itself is a little slow to start, but picks up rather quickly and rounds out very nicely in the end. I never would have guessed a few of the twists in the climax. This is the first book in the 'Love Bites' series.
Recommended reading for fans of pure Alpha male goodness in a menage setting.

I really thought this novel was great. Ingrid was a great character and the novel was full of surprises.

I honestly could not finish the book. I had such high hopes for this story. However, it was not that hot and it became boring really quickly. The story is creative and different. However, I stopped reading and started skimming at chapter 5 because it could not hold my attention. If the writing was better, I would have loved this book a lot more.
This girl wants to surprise her boyfriend, Brent, on his birthday, but the car breaks down. When she tries to call him, she can hear him having sex with another woman. She dressed up for the event, so she has to try to find help by walking in her stilettos. She breaks the heels off to try to walk more comfortably. She meets Callan and they have an instant connection. She later meets Ethan, the alpha, who she also has a connection with. Callan seduces her and is like a sub to her dom. But she is distracted by sounds of a wolf outside and goes to check it out before she has sex with Callan. Outside, Ethan seduces her and they have sex. He then marks her by biting on her neck. Callan gets mad and runs after her after hearing her scream. Callan and Ethan fight and proceed to both have sex with her. Callan then bites and marks the other side of her neck. Both men try to win her over but she doesn't want to live in the woods forever. She calls Brent to pick her up. He turns out to be alpha of his own pack and takes her away so that he could mark her himself. Callan and Ethan come to rescue her. However, both men love her and convince her to stay with them forever. It turns out that Callan is the real alpha of the pack Brent leads but he somehow disappeared when he was younger. However, he gives up leadership to stay with Ethan's pack. The story shows hope over whether they might merge the two packs because Ethan's pack was severely decimated in a fire prior to the story. The story ends with all three of them discussing how she will be pregnant soon and raising a litter of pups.
I would not recommend this book.

This is another entertaining shapeshifter threesome menege to read book one of love bites. If your into dominant makes, kinky sex this book is for you, it had an interesting storyline around the steamy scenes to keep the readers interested.
Ingrid Carter is planning to surprise her long distance boyfriend by showing up, she bought sexy heels, sexy lingerie, sexy dress, blond streaks in her hair and is driving over ten hours until her car breaks down. She rings Brent only to be shocked by the fact he’s clearly getting sex from another woman heartbroken Ingrid spends a night in a car but her phone dies, her heels break and she’s forced to walk over five hours until coming across a sexy stranger Callan who takes her back to the cabin he’s staying at after she faints. Ethan is alpha and is immediately drawn to her scent and realises she’s his mate but Callan is interested in her as well. Ingrid has sex with both of them and they both mark her and tell her about them being wolves along with Ben, Grant and Johan the five males are pack of wolves shifters. They both fall in love with her but it’s harder for to accept since she’s been hurt by love she leaves after a disagreement and gets picked up by her ex Brent who turns out to be a wolf too and has a pack, Callan and Ethan come after her but ruin things but fighting each other for her Callan learns his the missing alpha heir of the pack, but he’s willing to give everything he’s always wanted and submit to Ethan’s authority to be with Ingrid. They both realise they need to share her it’s the only way she’ll stay with them. They tell her, they take her back to her apartment in Vancouver so she can quit her job, sell her place, collect her belongings and the house Ethan is building for them starts construction.

This was a hot menage wolf shifter romance. I loved the fact that Ingrid was independent. She didn't need a male. It was just that she got lonely. As we all know we all make foolish choices when we feel lonely. She had some tstl moments. You know the too stupid to live moments that occur in all our lives. Like when she went out to check thoe noises outside the shack. Would any sane female do that? I think not! Apart from itty bitty moments, I was ok with her. I loved Callen's playfullness. I loved that even though he is was a wolf, he still is one. Im just using the past tense because this is the review. He was wiiling to play, submit to her. It was hot. And of course his finess. Stopping to fan myself for a moment... Ethan, what can I say about him? He is an alpha wolf too. He was sometimes an entitled prick. More of an ass**** you get the point. He was more animalistic towards her. Granted wolves are primitive creatures but still, the human side should be more reasonable. I was surprised that Brent the cheating ex was actually a wolf too. The cheating scum!

Quick easy read about a woman who is going to surprise visit her boyfriend only for him to answer his phone while getting his rocks off. Naturally her car breaks down and thus she ends up wandering around looking for some sort of civilization, she is after all in the middle of nowhere. So imagine her surprise when she meets Callen, and eventually the 4 other men he lives with. Quite an interesting story, but doesn't go into much detail about the werewolf history,which I like to hear more about. Took me only a few hours to read, not a long book by any means. Overall decent story.

Two wolves sure are better than one! HAWT story with fantastic character dynamics at play -- definitely one to check out if you enjoy shifter books full of smoking hot men and spicy love scenes. I loved that there was some candle and double entry in there, too! Oh, and FYI, I was totally imagining Chris Hemsworth as Callen ;)
