Ooooo THIS MIGHT END UP BEING MY FAVORITE IN THE SERIES!

Turn Me on is the second book in the Erotic Love Language series where we follow main characters Ember and Phallan. It's friends to lovers, but with a steam level of 100. During a Galentine's get together, Phallan makes the decision to pursue Ember. While they've both experienced an attraction to each other, they've abstained from pursuing it for the sake of their friendship and the comfort of their other friends. WHERE IN THE HELL IS MY PHALLAN?!? This man was absolutely amazing, not just on a physical level, but also in a way where he was in touch with Ember's emotions. And honestly, as a reader, I deeply connected with Ember. For some of us, it's hard finding that person that not only supports you, loves you, and treats you right, but also allows you to be your most authentic self. It's clear from their interactions that Ember is not as sexually experienced as Phallan, but there is no judgement. And the way in which he guides her through new experiences is SEXYYYYYYY. I was definitely rooting for this couple the entire time and I'm excited to see them make guest appearances in the other installments of the series.

A Galantine’s kickback proves to be more than a get together among this single group of friends. Ember and Phallon have low key been feelin’ each other for a while but, they didn’t want to risk rockin’ the boat or makin’ things awkward in their circle of friends. But, that Casamigos has these two on one. Light flirting and long gazes across the room turns into some hot and heavy shenanigans by the end of the night. “I know we both been drinking, so let me know if I’m taking your side eyes and flirting the wrong way.”
Ember swallowed hard and kept it G with him. “You’re not.”

I honestly don’t know what to think. I read this book because I want to finish the series eventually. But I don’t know how I feel about this. This book was okay but it wasn’t what I was expecting. Ma’am, I love me a good friends to lovers read. Especially when it is grown and sexy like this here! Phallon and Ember were in a mixed gender friend group and had been feeling each other from afar. All it took was a little game on Galentine’s Day, to bring it all to the surface. Ember had a list of things she wanted to experience, and when Phallon learned of that information he was like, sign me up! 😜 Their chemistry was amazing; however, their friendship was just as adorable. They just got the other and felt comfortable putting it all out there. Phallon wanted to make sure that Ember knew that she was the prize, a princess every day, and that he would show her better than he could tell her! Loved how they just couldn’t keep hands to themselves! He brought out her inner freak for real, for real! Great job! 👍👍👍

This was a cute quick read. I enjoyed book one slightly more than this one. However it’s a nice friends to lovers story. I think they make the best relationships. I like the author so I will definitely read more from her collective.

The title of this book is fitting because Phallon definitely turned out Ember without hesitation. These friends turned into the perfect lovers!

They have always crossed paths since they run with the same circle of friends and there have been secret looks and brewing feelings that never really went anywhere! After Em hosts a galentines day kickback at her home, and now that the drinks began to flow, all of the flirtatious comments and hints began to hit different!

Baby Phallon was not playing about that woman and put diamond pressure behind chasing Ember. It didn’t take long for these two to get hot and heavy and they were in pure bliss! It’s really hard to choose my second favorite couple but I think it’s a tie between them and Mikki and Judah! Once again the story may have been short however Briann made sure to deliver on laugh and hella love! Straight 🔥

When friends come together for drinks and laughter things start to heat up between Ember and Phallon in a spicy way 🥵. Ember’s curiosity is matched with Phallon’s experience and things turn out exciting for the two once they explore beyond their friendship.

Yeah this book is fire- I done highlighted everything in this book! Their connection is electrifying you feel it with every word on the page. I am a friends-to-lover-girlie so it makes sense why I l enjoyed this book so much. I thought before I wouldn’t be into this series like that after reading book 1 - butttttttt I must admit ladies this book right here is so cute! And I love the interweaving of friends mentioned in book 1. So you always feel as if you are getting lil updates on all the couples or those who have connections to them. Of course by the title of the series you can tell it’s spicy and especially after my last review- but believe me this one is good yall and not as graphic in detail as the other if you don’t like that sort of thing.

Don’t even get me started with each book being based on one of the 5 love languages! Like we already know I’m a hopeless romantic 💘 so to do this BriAnn was just so so smooth! And clever! Love ittttttttt! This book was based on physical touch - which I’m now starting to think is my love language as well Ember 😭

Chances of recommending to a friend? 8/10 : Def a cute story and quick read for those trying to hit that goal before the year is out! 🤍

Wheeeww Another Spicy One!

Ember is inexperienced and ready for the princess treatment but she just can't seem to get out of her own head.

Phallon is sexy single and wants Ember but doesn't want to ruin the great friendship they have built but he can't deny he is definitely feeling Ember & he is ready to be and give her whatever she needs.

Together Phallon and Ember set off together a relationship full of chemistry love and down right freakiness. Phallon makes sure to check off every fantasy Ember has ever had and few of his own!

This novella was definitely thoroughly enjoyed and I had one complaint I felt Ember was about to talk herself out of goodan it seems at first she was just looking for D and ended up for way more than she bargained for!

Ember and Phallon were my favorites. Two friends, who have been hiding their crushes, finally decide to do something about it while celebrtaing Valentine's Day with friends.

First, let me say how I love the idea of friends celebrating the love holiday together, and the fact that they keep each other at the forefront of their lives with fun and gift giving. Ember was shy but with someone who made her feel comfortable and didn't push farther than he knew she could go. I loved that too. Phallon was intentional but gentle. And he let her know he'd hold her as long as it took. As a physical touch girlie myself, this one was my favorite.
