Loved it! I'm a huge fan of any type of warrior. This book is filled with pictures and descriptions of many ancient warriors. From the Roman's to Alexander the Great, to the Spartans...Etc. Lots of information, and history in 32 pages. It may be a 9-12 book, but it really is enjoyable for all ages. I read it a few times!

It was given to me as a gift. One of the members of my congregation passed away and his widow gave me this book of his because she knew I did historical re-creation. It's listed as a book for young adults, but it's a typical coffee table book, lots of pictures, not much text, doesn't go deeply into anything it covers, but skims everything. It has a decent bibliography in the back and the photo credits are very thorough. I read it in half an hour. I own the Pirates volume they publish as well. :D

jedna od najdražih vizualno-enciklopedijskih knjiga koje sam posjedovao u mlađim danima, koja je u velikoj mjeri pripomogla u interesovanju za historiju.

Along the same lines as PIRATES: MOST WANTED, WARRIORS takes us behind-the-scenes to discover the true lives of long-lost warriors of old.

This interactive book takes us into the lives of the Assyrians, the Spartans, Alexander and the Macedonians, the Celts, the Romans, Gladiators, the Vikings, the Samurai, the Ninja, Genghis Khan and the Mongols, Medieval Knights, the Aztecs, and the Zulus.

What's great about this book, besides the facts and figures, is its ability to truly draw you into the world that it's describing. There are posters, envelopes filled with interesting cards, pop-ups, awesome graphics, and all sorts of fun things that you can spend your time getting lost in.

This is the perfect reference book to use as a guide for that pesky book report, or just a good read that you can spend the day exploring in detail. Either way, you're sure to learn something, and how can your parents say no to that?

A beautiful book I bought for my little boy's Christmas. He loves all those knights and other warriors. This wonderful book features all the great warrior types from history, Greek,Roman, Zulu, Samarai, Ninja, different knights, etc. Fabulous illustrations of the weaponry and helmuts. My son is very in to swords and helmust. Full of details and fun pop-ups, lift the flap and pull tabs that offer many neat surprises. It also came with a beautiful poster of all the warriours. Very cool for boys ages 6ish and up to even men really. We really like this one.

Ninjas, Samurai, Roman Gladiators, Knights, Aztecs -- they're all here! Plus, some of 'em POP-UP! Photos and artwork are fantastic, as are all the extras (posters, cards, mini books, etc.) included. Oh yeah -- the information is great, too!
