Enterprise Centralized Hosted Exchange Service Offering
The Division of the State ClO is a revenue based agency. If staffing is not adequate, customer satisfaction will suffer. If systems are inappropriate, service will suffer and with that customer satisfaction will suffer. The agency must develop appropriate metrics to measure all of these facets and then extend them to other services. By validating systems and staffing estimates we will validate rates for the service.
