Gangryong, a middle school thug, has remained undefeated that is until he crossed Yoochun. After endless running around and pleading, he convinces Yoochun to take his as his student. Under his teaching, he learns to manipulate ki under the EOTL (Enlightenment of Thunder and Lightning).

After two months of training, Yoochun leaves and warns his student of the dangers that lay ahead.

Time passes and Gangryong is approached by an ominous group and presented a box presumably containing the arm of his former teacher. They reveal themselves to be Reunion, an organization who's goals are to collect and perfect the countless martial arts with the help of natural and artificial ki. Gangryong is forced to enroll in Reunion's academy soon after.

At the academy, he becomes the center of conflicts as the student of Yoochun, sworn enemy of Reunion. Now he must train, hone and master the teachings of EOTL and avenge his fallen master...

I wish I could rate this series higher. It has smart and engaging fights, and when things get serious it's refreshingly vicious. But it doesn't aspire to much more than violence and after a strong ending it's on indefinite hiatus, likely never to return.

Didn't like it, very poor story line having the build up for the anticipated fight between the main characters since the first couple of chapters, which disappointingly concludes in a couple of pages in the last chapter. Many chapters were full of text explaining useless blabber

Another rating: 6/10 (for whole series)

Well from the start it had very slow pacing and characters wasn't likeable for me. There wasn't any strong plot behind the story and ending was really weird.
On the other hand, drawing was really great and I like fights.
