- The first six chapters, pages 1-147, are excellent and a good study summary of the field for beginners. - But the remaining book is good information if you are American.
Finally, the book has chapters on all the major markets except Australia and the Middle East. This omission I think loses it a star.
The book is US-centered, and not so useful outside the US. But the opening 6 chapters are superb. Worth a read.
