This Book straight slaps. If I had a Time Machine to the 1600's this is one of two books ( the other being the Civil Engineering Reference Manual for the PE) I'd bring with me to past to ensure we'd be living like the Jetsons in 2025. Examples utilized in this book are perfect to the point you could teach yourself the material without a Professor.

Without a Doubt 5/5.

Considering my professor did a very bad job of teaching me anything for this course, this book did a very excellent job of teaching me mechanics. It was easy to read and had really good examples! I would probably say it is a 5 star quality book, but it is like a 2 star subject in my opinion, so I couldn't bring myself to give it 5 stars.
