Treacherous Triangle,

Unlucky in love, Chassidy finally finds and falls in love with El, a well respected businessman. El showers Chassidy with anything her heart desires. The only problem in their relationship is that El is a workaholic and Chassidy is frustrated by his neglect toward her. With El working so much, this leaves Chassidy with a lot of free time on her hands. Chassidy loves the night life and on a night on the town, she meets Shane and instantly sparks fly.

Shane is tall, dark and handsome with an aura of mystery surrounding him. Chassidy finds out that Shane is also a respected businessman and this further draws him to her. Although Chassidy is in love with El, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to Shane. No matter what she does Shane is always on her mind.

The closer Chassidy gets to Shane the more excuses she has to come up with so she can sneak away from El, even enlisting her best friend and side kick Sara to help her get out of the house. Finally, Chassidy is given the ultimatum: to choose who is it going to be. When Chassidy finally makes her choice, everyone's lives change.

“Drama…Another Man's Girl” by Sydney Lyttle is a phenomenal story about a love triangle between El, Chassidy and Shane. With a surprising twist, readers will be blown away. Sydney Lyttle does an exceptional job weaving the characters together so the story flows effortlessly. She is a master story teller and “Drama…Another Man's Girl” does not disappoint. Sydney Lyttle is an author you need to keep your eye on in the future.

In one corner we have Eldorus aka EL,who is a successful lawyer and does all he can to for Chassidy aka Chass. He treats her with respect and treats her like a princess, she has not wanted for a thing since they have been together but whats happens when his work hours start to take over??????

In the other corner We have Shane.A top drug dealer who is all about his money and women mean nothing to him until........He meets chass. He don't know what it is about her but he just have to have her no matter the situation, but what happens when feelings go past the agreement???

The middle start player is Chassidy aka Chass. She is every man dream from the look to the attitude. She is a upcoming hair stylist and men isn't even on her radar until El comes along.Things are fine until she stops getting the attention she feels she deserve. You know what they say when you get bored the mouse goes out to play.Once she meets Shane she is attracted to him from the start but tries to do right but once shes to far in she don't know what to do.Will it be the one has had her heart for all these years or the one she just cant seem to stop thinking of?

This was a very great story.I loved every moment of it.I zoomed through it so quick I'm mad that its over. This is a winner.I want part two now!

Drama... Another Man's Girl by author Sydney Little was brought to my attention when I received an email from her asking if I would review it. Of course I said yes - I never turn down a free book - and it was then mailed to me and here we are.

As the title suggests, there is a lot of drama. The story centers around a young woman named Chass and the two men who she ends up being involved in the middle of - her wealthy workaholic boyfriend named El and an even wealthier man named Shane who is balancing the line between going legit and staying in the streets.

To be honest, I've never been a big fan of urban/street fiction as I always felt that, by its very nature, it limited itself in regards to the audience it attracts. As a writer I want my work to appeal to as many people as possible and, when every other sentence is peppered with "n**ga this" and "motherf**ker that" it takes something for me. But, I understand that some people are okay with that and that's cool; I am not one to judge one's taste.

Having said that, Drama...Another Man's Girl has it's moments. The erotic/hotness factor is through the roof when it comes to chapters dealing with sex. There were some twists that I didn't see coming that added to the overall satisfaction of the book, especially dealing with Chass' best friend and the teaser for the sequel more than made up for any shortcomings that I felt the book had.

Character wise, I found it hard to relate to them most of the time which kind of made me not care for them very much. This may not be a problem for some people but, for me, that was an issue of mine. Some of the things that the characters did seemed kind of unbelievable to me but that's a small grievance of mine. It took me a while to REALLY get into it; at first I had to more or less force myself to read it but, as the story progressed, I started reading faster as I did want to know what was going to happen.

Overall, I'm not disappointed in the book but I'm not overly blown away by it. I feel that it's very solid and I'm looking forward to reading the sequel because this book ends with a SERIOUS cliffhanger. Mrs. Lyttle is a very talented writer and those talents will only continue to flourish as she goes on.

PLENTY OF DRAMA!

The self absorbed Chassidy Fondain says she’s tired of “defending her beauty.” Along with that beauty she has the same relationship headaches as everyone else. Chass is currently in a live in relationship with EL, a savvy businessman who spends more time at the office than with Chass but is ultimately doing well for himself and providing the finer things in life for her.

Even though Chass loves styling her clients hair, she’s still left with much time on her hands. When Shane a respected drug lord begins paying Chass the attention she so craves, she can’t help but welcome the affection that soon turns into a long-term love affair!

Shane is pretty much a straight up guy and he wants Chass to be his one and only, but Chass keeps insisting she can’t leave El. Shane goes along with her excuse for while until he gives her an ultimatum.
Chass has to make a decision and stop playing both sides of the fence, but who will she choose?
Drama, is the first word in the title of this novel and you are in for plenty of it with surprising twists along the way!

A couple of things....
Deeper development was needed within Chass and El’s 6yr relationship to justify why she wouldn’t leave him. Through the first half of the book there wasn’t enough interaction between the couple to make me believe that there was once love between the two. The phone calls between them about how El was never around didn’t cut it for me.
Chass is always talking about her “clients” but when did she actually work?
There was way too much celebrity/designer name-dropping.

But with that said…

I liked the character Shane and would love to read more on him and his world. Sara is a low down *#@&! I was shocked at the scheme she pulled!
I loved the very real dialogue used between the characters, very entertaining. For me the story heated up big time as I continued to read which proved that this author is proficient at bringing the drama!!!
I really enjoyed this story and will read the continuation.

Title: Drama…Another Man’s Girl
Author: Sydney Lyttle
Rating: 4
Headline: Take Care of Home First

Chassidy ‘Chass’ Foundain feels she has broken her string of failed relationships when she meets El in the lobby of her mother’s job because he is young, successful, handsome, and a gentleman. El treats Chass with respect and is very romantic by nature but his downfall is that he seems to put his career first. And, when El does not take care of his responsibilities at home, Chass begins to look for attention elsewhere. Enter Shane.

Shane is the opposite of El. His life is on the streets and when we meet him, he does not believe in the concept of being a ‘one-woman man.’ Chass literally falls in his lap and the attraction between the two is instant. Chass tries her best to stay away from Shane but as El begins to show her less and less attention, the more she is drawn to Shane. Chass and Shane turn their fling into a full-fledged affair and then an ultimatum is given.

Drama…Another Man’s Girl is full of just that: DRAMA. Sydney Lyttle has written a story that on some level we can all relate to because as Jaheim sung, “You better put that woman first,” and when you don’t another man will. I am not quite sure if this book warrants a sequel, but I will be sure to check it out to see how this story develops further.

Chass and El have enjoyed a committed relationship for several years. Although it comes at a high price, El strives to afford Chass the posh lifestyle she has longed for. Due to his long hours at work, loneliness sets in with Chass. Shane, a bad boy from the streets, enters the scene and eventually steals Chass' heart. While El remains in the dark about this budding relationship, Chass finds it increasingly harder to resist Shane.

Now enlightened and unable to cope with the demise of their relationship, El unravels as he fights for what is his. As a result, one accident develops into a series of tragedies that impacts everyone involved.

In any love triangle, you can virtually guarantee that a broken heart will manifest. After the deception was revealed, I wondered who would be left standing after the dust settled. The story kept me constantly engaged in each of the characters' plight. The twists throughout made for an exciting ride. The end had me on edge and prepared to fasten my seatbelt for the sequel!

Drama...Another Man's Girl by Sydney Lyttle is the story of Chassidy and the love that she has for two men. El is a lawyer and very successful. El is handsome and treats Chass withrespect. Chass loves El but unfortunately she feels neglected since El is always working late at the office.

Shane is a drug dealer. Chass is drawn to Shane from the first time she sees him. Shane is known as a player, but something about Chass seems to tame him. Shane is aware that Chass has a man but when he begins to develop strong feelings for Chass. Chass will have to make a choice of who she wants to be with.

Drama...Another Man's Girl by Sydney Lyttle was a very good novel. Author Lyttle does a great job with the story line of a tale of love, lust and murder.

This was a very good read and I look forward to reading more by this author.

It took me a while to read this book so for that I will give it four stars but it was a good book. It was filled with everything jealous characters, characters out for revenge, cheating, drama sex and more drama!! This was my first time reading a book written by Sydney Lyttle but i dont think it will be my last especially with a part 2 to this book coming out i cant wait to see whats going to happen next it seems like its going to be really good.

Read this book about Chass and how she seems to make them men go crazy for her, they all want her and cant seem to let her go... what will happen when she decides she can no longer be in her current relationship because of something new? Will it all work out in the end or will she be wishing she stayed where she was?....You have to read to see!!

Drama ..Another Man's Girl was the 1st story I've read by newcomer Sydney Little. It is the story of Chass, who is forced to choose between two lovers. El has it all : a good job, money, and Chass by his side. What more can he ask for? But when his job starts taking up too much of his time, Chass begins to stray...straight into the arms of Shane.
Drama... was a good read. The story moved a little slowly at first but then picked up rather quickly. I must agree with the other reviews about label dropping and comparing the characters to celebrities instead of decribing them in depth. It was still a good read none-the- less. Can't wait for the sequel. 4 stars

I enjoyed this story. Loved the drama and romance. There could have been more effort given to building the relationship between El and Chass; it was a bit rushed in the beginning. The story got better as it continued and I really appreciate the time given to developing the relationship between Chass and Shane. Annoyed that there is a part 2 that I have to wait on...I may forget about the sequel if I have to wait too long. Please consider wrapping these stories up in one book! Perhaps make the stories can be a bit longer. Just a thought. Would have given the book 5 stars if it ended better.

This was a good book! There were a few twists in the plot that really surprised me and that’s a good thing. The lead character has fallen for two totally opposite men, a successful lawyer and the big time drug dealer. Talk about opposites. The only thing that they have in common is the woman that both love…Chass. This book kept my attention the whole time and got more interesting and the book went on. I would definitely recommend this book to those who love a good, urban novel.

The characters were reparable and the storyline was powerful. I'm... definitely ready for part 2 bc it ended with a huge question mark

This was definitely a page-turner. Read it in two days. The twists and turns in this book will leave you frustrated, angry, yelling and then smiling all at the same time. We on experience many things in life especially when it comes to relationships and this book touched on several of those issues. I cannot wait to find out what's next for Chass and Shane!!! Two thumbs up...highly recommended!

4.5 stars actually with .5 taken off for editing; particularly the letter El wrote to Chass. Story was good from start to finish with only 1 slow spot. This is a cautionary tale about what can happen when u start a new relationship before ending another.
