Very comprehensive. I should have read this back in 2000 when I got it for my undergrad. Oh well at least I got through it now. Sadly the situation around so called universal human rights has not changed in the last 21 years.

Some worthwhile source material for scholars and students interested in cross-cultural background to human rights.
