Aaron has autism and his mother is trying to do her best for him by enrolling him in a special class and she falls for his teacher but can't do a thing about it thanks to her ex and his threats! The story has lots of twist and turns as she deals with them all including her job as a reporter while the ex is trying to become a candidate for the senate. I had the feeling the author has dealt with autism in her own life as she had given us a real view of what a child with autism is like in this story along with his Mom dealing with a pretty wicked ex husband!

Markee Anderson's books are all good, but she outdid herself on this one. Aaron is Autistic. He's a charmer. His Mom is battling a bad divorce, when she's forced to put him in a special education class. From there, you can hardly put this book down. There's romance, a loveable child, nastiness in abundance and the milk of human kindness, enough to keep you turning pages to the end.

Loved this book. Great suspense and in my opinion very realistic. It's sad what people can get away with these days. I related to mom in the story in having to deal with a crazy ex who is controlling. Definitely a must read.

3.5 stars/almost earns a 4, because it has some decent suspense, and it's a good page turner. Overall a good, enjoyable read.

I thought this book was very poorly edited, way to many errors and the whole story was contrived and unbelievable.

Interesting (not very believable) story, but the dialogue was so bad I was actually laughing out loud!!
