Size acceptance 101--good, but there are so many more resources out there now than 10 years ago when this was first published. Sadly the message is still uber-needed. I imagine her chapters on therapy would be useful though. This cover is way nicer than the original though, which was rather pedestrian.

I skimmed through much of it because it was very Fat Acceptance 101, and I'm beyond that stage. However, the chapter about fat women and therapy was interesting and helpful.
