A Woman Scorned Part 2: Family Ties is about the ties that bind us. Brielle is facing a murder charge and dealing with the fact that her own cousin, Janay, snitched on her. The love-hate relationship that Brielle and Janay had has turned to only hate. Neither one knows if the other will continue to betray her, so each woman must make sure that she is the last one standing. Brielle is wondering if she can trust the man she loves, Shawn. Did he really cooperate with the police? Is he really being faithful? Does Shawn have his own secret that he is hiding, that can interfere with their plans to live happily ever after? Can Brielle keep her heart open to love, or has being scorned destroyed her ability to ever trust again? Brielle is continuing to fight her demons, while Janay is finding herself with more and more demons and is at the point of no return. Janay s life has begun to spiral out of control, and she must find a way out before it s too late. Enter a new family member who has inherited the same loathing for Janay that Brielle has. This new addition to the family has Brielle s back and will take care of anyone who crosses Brielle, family or not. But can this person be trusted? Is this person hiding secrets that can harm the family too? A Woman Scorned Part 2: Family Ties shows that blood is not always thicker than water. It shows that there are some family members whom we would remove from the bloodline if we could. When there is love and blood, there is always the chance of having pain, sorrow, betrayal, and revenge. Some family just doesn t mean you any good!

This book was all that i wanted it to be except the end. Now I know there has to be a part 3 because this just cant be it! Brielle has to come out on top n finally get some rest and happiness. doesnt she?
Poor Brielle just can't seem to escape from the spiraling nonsense that is her life. Now...she has to try and defend herself from her trader cousin, Janay. I'm on to the 3rd book. So far, I am thoroughly impressed by this series.
Ericka Williams has done it again, I had CHURCH right alone with Brielle, if you thought her cousin was enough pick up this book to meet more of Brielle's family tree
