Behold a Pale Horse

Rate this book
Bill Cooper, former United States Naval Intelligence Briefing Team member, reveals information that remains hidden from the public eye. This information has been kept in topsecret government files since the 1940s. His audiences hear the truth unfold as he writes about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the war on drugs, the secret government, and UFOs.

Bill is a lucid, rational, and powerful speaker whose intent is to inform and to empower his audience. Standing room only is normal. His presentation and information transcend partisan affiliations as he clearly addresses issues in a way that has a striking impact on listeners of all backgrounds and interests. He has spoken to many groups throughout the United States and has appeared regularly on many radio talk shows and on television.

In 1988 Bill decided to "talk" due to events then taking place worldwide, events that he had seen plans for back in the early 1970s. Bill correctly predicted the lowering of the Iron Curtain, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the invasion of Panama. All Bill's predictions were on record well before the events occurred. Bill is not a psychic. His information comes from top secret documents that he read while with the Intelligence Briefing Team and from over seventeen years of research.

William Cooper's work is preserved and continued at http://www.hourofthetime.com by his best friend Doyel Shamley and Robert Houghton.

Milton William Cooper, also known as William Cooper and Bill Cooper, was a true patriot and hero who dedicated his life to preserving freedom in America.

William Cooper was reared in an Air Force family. As a child he lived in many different countries, graduating from Yamato High School in Japan. Since he has traveled through or lived in many different foreign countries Mr. Cooper has a world view much different than most Americans.

Cooper was a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence serving as a Harbor and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two with "V" for Valor.

William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E-6 after only 8 years of Naval service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military. William Cooper received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.

Mr. Cooper was a world class lecturer, one of the few other than superstars, monarchs, and Popes who have appeared at Wembly in London. William Cooper has lectured for 10 years in every State.

Shortly after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo on the air during his broadcast which named William Cooper, "...the most dangerous radio host in America". Mr. Cooper considers William Clinton's pronouncement the greatest compliment that he has ever received.

William Cooper's FBI file, promulgated by the investigation required by his security clearances while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of the White House in what has become known as, "Filegate". Shortly after this discovery President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up.

William was Native American, English, Scotch, and Irish. He lived in Arizona with his beautiful wife Annie, daughters, Dorothy (Pooh), little Allyson and their dogs, Sugarbear, and Crusher. In March of 1999 William Sent his family out of the United States for their security.

Bill was killed by the Apache County Sherrifs Department during a raid on his home in November of 2001. He is now buried on a hill in Eagar, Arizona.

In the first go, everything reads like gibberish and utter nonsense. However, take your time and reread things. You should see a pattern your mind tries to investigate, link the chains, connect the dots and prepare an image. Biological warfare, secret societies, world orders, assassinations, UFOs... there is more than meets the eyes. Will Cooper will remain a classic. However, I can say that it is not much for Asian readers here. Apart from those who are interested in conspiracy theories and secret societies and UFOs. The book has historical contexts and (surprisingly) references as well.

Or face breaking a fictitious Law...or invisible Wall

Elites and oligarchs are builders of imaginary prisons that nobody can see

For they only apply to US as they are FREE!

We cannot go anywhere or do anything for Justice is Just Us; we cannot see the Veil

The Luciferian Matrix or Beast System that they Hail...or Hell

People think that they are free but an illusion we are in

Born into this world of debauchery and sin

They hide in the shadows and practice their demonic ways

Preying on homeless and the vulnerable and child strays

Through institutions and charities they lure people in

Who disappear into the system never to be seen again

Realise before it is too late that you are a slave

George Orwell must be turning in his grave

Television, smart phones, meters and surveillance no time to rest

Being spied on and harassed by an invisible pest

Governments and police are not there for you

Only to spy and enforce the Law in everything you do

We are all white rabbits rushing here and there

Too busy to show empathy, compassion or any semblance of Care

How much longer will the masses have to take

We have to act for our children's' sake

False flags, terrorism, climate change, and debt...It's time to wake

See the bogeyman, the magician behind the curtain, the serpent or the snake

The head of state...The head of the snake...the Crown

This is the entity that is keeping us down

How can the UK have a democracy and a monarchy at the same time?

Indoctrinating, brainwashing our children in their prime

Through their schooling system and colleges and exoteric teaching

Forbidding them to be children and ever reaching

A chance to become whatever they want or a happy Life

Yes we definitely live in trouble and strife👍🐯

A friend of mine recommended this book to me and told me if I want to get the book I shouldn't use a credit card so that the government wouldn't know I'm reading it. Upon hearing this, I immediately dropped everything I was doing and ran to the nearest bookstore to get this book. I made sure to use cash. I got totally into it.

The book is written by a former military guy who decides to tell all about the American government. He discusses the secret socieites like the Illuminati, Protocols of the Elders of Zion, UFOs, The Kennedy assassination, and a bunch of other cool "secretive" stuff.

If you're into that sort of thing this book is definitely for you.

I'm sure the book contains a lot of truths, but there were some parts that were just too unrealistic for me.

Nonetheless, it's still a good one.

Aside from the UFO stuff which is interesting but not something I have seen enough to be proven true to me,Bill Cooper was a prophet. I don't think I have ever called anyone a prophet. His chapters on Executive Orders that can be issued by the President are so applicable to todays news regarding Obamas attempts to push through executive orders regarding gun law. He explains his mostly believeable theories clearly and concisely with reference to back up his statements.Reading this from 20+ years ago and it is like reading something fresh off the presses. He is also the only person I absolutely believe was killed by the US Government for "knowing too much" RIP Bill-- READ THIS BOOK!

As with all anecdotal evidence and unsubstantiated claims, one must take care not to jump head over heels into full on belief without taking outside knowledge into consideration; regardless, Mr. Cooper lays out an extremely detailed set of documents which, while describing an incredibly perverse and corrupt state of reality, are also actually believable in a lot of ways. The idea that we are being governed by an oligarchy and not truly being represented is very controversial for obvious reasons, but it is also an idea which is getting harder and harder to shoot down as we watch the state of the world around us.

The controversy surrounding the publishing and distribution of this book, coupled with the controversy surrounding Mr. Cooper's death, seems to indicate that something is amiss, and perhaps there are some actual secrets that he has exposed. A good friend of mine worked at a large book retailer and told me that whenever someone bought this book with a credit card, he was instructed to add their name to a list. Anecdotes are anecdotes, but if that story is true, there must be more than meets the eye.

This is the book that changed my whole way of thinking. Everything in this book may or may not be right and exact but it will definitely make you think. This book gave me a whole new perspective on the way I view the world. This is the first book that gave me confirmation on something that was in the back of my mind for a long time - that something is not right. I thank William Cooper for publishing this book & setting me on my own path for seeking the truth. I highly recommend that anyone that can read this book, do so!

I would give it less than one star if possible:

OK, let me begin by stating the obvious. I am a Freemason. This book is an Alex Jones conspiratorial book. Not being a member of the Bildeberg Group, CFR or Skull and Bones, I cannot really speak to his research on those groups, however being a Freemason, and him being as off as he is on Masons, I suspect the other groups he covers is equally incorrect.

After reading the first three chapters, I was unable to continue. I do not ascribe to conspiracy theories. I am sure that this book was researched by Mr. Cooper and I am sure he is passionate about what he has written. With that said, being that he has so much wrong on Freemasons, I cannot take what he says serious. Therefore, I find it a waste of my time. Will move on to something more substantive.

Written by former US Naval Intelligence Officer Bill Cooper. He unveils the truth about the assassination of JFK, the war on drugs, the Secret Government, and UFOs.

It's probably the most informative book you will ever read.

Do you believe in conspiracy theories ? UFO's? Perhaps you do not. Once you read this book you may change your mind. I myself am not one for conspiracy theories and I may not necessarily buy into all the author's conclusions but after reading this book I now have my eyes opened.

William Cooper served in the military with high honors. He served on boat crew and submarines during the Vietnam War and he also served in air force. Numerous times during his service he spotted several UFOs and heard a great many stories. He was told in a nutshell to keep his mouth shut. His book will dedicate one chapter on UFO's.

Most of the book is concerned with the Illuminati or secret societies that plan on taking control of the world. In the up coming chapters he details their plans and he supports his contentions by and large with legitimate and track able information.

The Secret Organizations like the Council of Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Skull and Bones and certain Masonic groups just to name a few compose the Illuminati. Oh and let us not forget the Catholic Church and the Black Nobility. Oops I forgot the Knights of Malta. It seems that all influential individuals have had some sort of affiliation with one or more of these groups. The information is track able and cannot be sneezed at.

What exactly is there plan. The first part of the plan is to control the currency, a job made easier with the advent of computer and technology. Control the currency and you control the country. We use reserve notes now not actual money. Something to think about. Loans are easy to come by but just because you borrowed money does not mean you own the property. The Bank can claim it anytime. Easy credit makes people complacent and lazy. So does welfare. Part of their plan is to destroy the family unit. This destruction is brought about by the excessive day care centers for poor people. Both parents or single parents working means the system raises your children. The education is also being tampered with. Children in poorer areas are being given an inferior education and are allotted fewer resources. Uneducated people are easier to control. The media also puts ideas into the minds of the people ,especially with high material demands of some upper class females. The man had better give in or he is whipped. This sort of set up leaves the man as spineless and unable to raise his children. It easy then for him to send his sons off to war.

There have always been secret societies. People like belonging to the special crowd of people. They like being the elite. Joining entails initiation, special passwords and rituals. These help to ensure loyalty to people and ideologies. Most of these organizations have been dedicated to Luciferian principles and their symbol was often that of the serpent. The Serpent represented Wisdom or illumination. These secret societies have motives for running the world. Some think they are doing what is best for mankind while other are more sinister. Either way they view the common people as cattle that to be lead and ruled.

Many of these organizations have separate agendas. The Catholic Church wants the Pope in power. The Church is assisted by the Knights of Malta. Other organizations wish to run the show behind the scenes. The Black Nobility are the old royalty of Medieval Europe and they are still a power to be reckoned with. They might even be more powerful now that they are out of Royal power.

As far as the United States is concerned the Secret Organization have special plans to abolish the constitution and erect work camps for various people. The president has through certain clauses the ability to write certain orders that do not require congress or the Judicial branch of government. During national emergencies the constitution can be suspended indefintiley. The government also has files and information on patriots and others who might fight this problem and all the pertinent information that pertains. When the time comes the government has set up detention centers ready to receive these patriots. At this point they will be reprogrammed or killed. The Illuminati's plan is one world government and enslaving the world. In their world we will have no right. Just think about this , the prison industry is the fastest growing industry. Convicts will be expected to perform labor for free. Sounds like slavery to me.

Let us not forget FEMA. They have authority that kicks in as soon as a national emergency develops. The Constitution is suspended and they take control. Iron Mountian is an entire city under ground literally. It also has and alternate president, congress, judiciary you name it they got it.

UFOs play a big part. They have already established contact. The US government has crashed UFOs in their possession. They also have the bodies of dead aliens. One crashed UFO even had the body parts of humans which goes to show that they are abducting humans and using them for experiments. Needless to say diplomatic relations have already been established. We have a few of them here as hostages and they have some of ours. Apparently a secret agreement has been reached. They give us technology and the government allows them to experiment on people. The experiments are supposed to be few in number and are not supposed to harm the subjects. This has been breached by the aliens but our technology is not sufficient to fight them.

The contends that we already have sent people to Mars, Venus, and even Jupiter. We have colonies on the moon and other places. Astronauts and airforce pilots have attested to not only seeing UFOs but also to having been accompanied by them.

What is the Alien agenda, why of course to control our world which they do through the secret societies who in turn manipulate people through Occult groups, religion, Santanism and what have you.

The book has a lot. The last 1/3 has appendices and sources that seen very real. It maybe hard to slog though but what you read will blow you away.

8/10.

How should one go about reading this book? Approach its information carefully, sift readily, and compare its documents and assertions your surroundings. There are certainly many prescient predictions in this book, especially with the rise of the smartphone, data harvesting, and COVID. Cooper has all the documents to back up his assertions and his short autobiography. Furthermore, he seems like a very genuine and down-to-earth type of guy when describing his life. The amount of times he was attacked and threatened strengthen his credibility further. Not everything in here is correct, but it is good for understanding the top-down view of history. I would recommend it to anyone concerned about what the powers at be are planning and enacting right now.

Some pretty good theories but some of it seems a might bit far fetched. The author tends to bog down in too much information(yes, it is important in this case but still!!) and it gets a little dry. I think he should have done a two part series, but i know how conspiracy guys are, ya gotta get out the truth man. But I do have a place in my heart for this book simply because it was before the internet, since then everyone with a 2nd Grade education has written a book or a blog on JFK, OKC or 911. God Bless William Cooper for his bravery but the book was a little much.

Wow. Conspiracy theorists bible. Also, if you care to have a deeper understanding of why hip hop got political in the mid 90s, it has everything to do with this book. Just an interesting note, most of this book contains "classified" documents, mostly blacked out. Also, everyone involved in this book being written were killed. Hm.

This is a total mess of a book. A mythical work of conspiracy theories, that explains the conspiracy as everything. But, what Cooper doesn’t see, is that, if the conspiracy is everything it is nothing. In certain aspects he gives a good insight into the tremendous control exerted on our lives by the system we live under, but what he is doing is describing the System, and that is not a conspiracy, it’s reality, however grim that may be.
His thesis, which is expressed within a cloud of confusion, claims that we have an alien-world government, and uses that argument to defend the right to gun ownership in order to protect ourselves when the real enslavement of humanity is ordered. But that may be all wrong, because really that story is just a hoax created by the Illuminati (his antithesis)— but we still need to arm ourselves — or, could the Illuminati really be the NRA? No, Cooper did not see that conspiró-logical possibility.
But the worst thing about Cooper’s book is not that he says basically nothing at all, but that his contradictory argument is badly constructed. He starts with his antithesis, then slips in the thesis which the antithesis has already undermined. To amplify the mess, he uses a kind of cut and paste technique, throwing entire documents into the thesis (or is it the antithesis).
It is a very bad book, but ... it does provide a wealth of material for fiction, and the makers of the X-Files and Twin Peaks must have found it a goldmine for crazy plots and alien-esoteric imagery. So, if you’re a writer looking for material it could be recommendable, but, otherwise, don’t read it, it’ll only f*** your mind.

Mr. Cooper puts it all together in a rather plain and simple manner on how our government and/or those behind it use fear and dependency to control our society.

With the "Middle Class" basically disappearing here in the US, his writing pretty much predicted this would happen and it was written in 1991.

When I read this book, it confirmed some of the things that I was taught while growing up. I'm not talking about conspiracy theories and all, but our mentality as a society where we have to have everything and we have to have it "yesterday"! We have all become so dependent on the "buy now pay later" scheme as well as thinking that we have to keep up with the neighbors or we're not "somebody" and now we are seeing the effects of this type of thinking. Bottom line, it allows others to have control over us. When someone/something else has some sort of control over you, it breeds fear.

This is actually the second time that I have read this book, this time I listened to it in the audio version. It is much better in print as with the audio, you do not get to see some of the documents Mr. Cooper provides to back up his information.

After reading this, you will never again look at the world in the same light. It is definitely an eye opener and will cause you to do further exploration on the subject, and possible even change the way you live your life.

A very unusual book!

Behold a Pale Horse by William Cooper is a strange book. I am very interested in conspiracy theories and boy does this have them! I must admit I do agree that I believe some of the political agents we have had were seeking a One World Order, such as Bush and Cheney. I have read books on this so this wasn't new. Bush and Cheney both mentioned a new World Order which scared me a bit then they took some freedoms for "our safety" . Lied to us to get into a war for their profit.
Most of the book was about ufo info given to him while in the military at high security levels. He couldn't decide if they were trying to make him believe it and there wasn't UFOs and they want him to just believe so when the government attacks pretending to be UFOs, the world might come together easier. Or the info was true and terrifying.I
There are others too. I then watched his full lecture on YouTube and it had video of JFK getting shot from an angle I don't remember seeing before. Wow, it shows the driver turning around and shooting him after he has already been shot. That's when Jackie starts scrabbling out the back of the car!
Most of the book is ok, just typical conspiracy theories and if I craziness. I did get a little out of it and was entertained!

I read this back when I was in college and it left me thinking. I do not know that I believe a lot of the things that were stated int his book simply because I want to believe our government wouldn't do this to us, but you never know. The author had a lot of credible evidence to back up his claims and all of the things he stated in this book are of shock value. Especially the whole vaccination theory..... I also was told that the author of this book was killed after the book was published and many people speculate that it was because of the secret service information he leaked. I don't know if that is true or not but it for sure makes for an interesting research on of my bored Saturday or Sunday evenings! This is a must read for conspiracy theory lovers it will leave you thinking thats for sure!

“When its final orbit decays in December 1999, Galileo will deliver its payload into the center of Jupiter. The unbelievable pressure that will be encountered will cause a reaction exactly as occurs when an atomic bomb is exploded by an implosion detonator. The plutonium will explode in an atomic reaction, lighting the hydrogen and helium atmosphere of Jupiter and resulting in the birth of the star that has already been named LUCIFER.” P.83

Well, that didn’t happen.

“A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the great scientific minds then living. They reached the conclusion that by, or shortly after, the year 2000 the planet WOULD self-destruct due to increased population and man's exploitation of the environment without any help from God or aliens.” P.194

That didn’t happen either. I doubt anything Cooper said happened or will happen actually occurred. Milton William Cooper is considered the most famous of UFO conspiracists. Considering the title of the book, I expected conspiracy mixed with biblical beliefs.

“The Pope will have to approve him if Maitreya is selected, however, and that would fulfill the Bible prophecy in the Book of Revelation that states that the first beast will be given his power by Rome. If you can interpret Revelation as I can, then you know that the Pope will ultimately win out and will reign as the second beast.” p.94

That’s about all there was from Bible prophecy.

“The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to survivors when it is decided that enough people have died.” p.195

Wonder why people won’t take vaccines?

Extremely enlightening. All Americans should have to read this and understand that we are currently living under a farce and an occupation government. The globalist have infiltrated the highest ranks of our government since the earliest days after founding our nation. They are engaged in a war with the citizens of the US and they are winning, because no one wants to wake up and think for themselves. Bill Cooper was right on with his analysis of our country and the coup that runs it.

Behold a Pale Horse is one of those conspiracy theory books whose name gets thrown around quite a lot to this day. Bill Cooper's "Mystery Babylon" series remains popular, and many of the ideas he presented in that and this book are still very prevalent in modern circles. I don't know if Cooper can be called the true originator of many of these ideas - for instance, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion has been around for just about as long as anyone can remember and gained new popularity thanks to The Da Vinci Code etc. but he served to popularize many of them and is very much a precursor for the more sensationalistic still voices of Alex Jones and Glenn Beck.

While I wanted to enjoy Behold a Pale Horse, as books such as these tend to be a fun junk food for my mind, I had trouble getting past the early seeds of the anti-vaxxer movement in his section on AIDS, the endless talk of New World Order, concentration camps for patriots to cure them of their nationalism, and such blatant racism in the inclusion of the Protocols that even included a nod to their original French anti Napoleon III context. The conspiracies weren't as thorough as I'd hoped and didn't even include the proof for assertions such as the existence of Krlll and chlorophyll based alien life forms.

Though I suppose it will be a long time before I encounter another book that claims ET was a soft-disclosure documentary and that we have a Lunar and Mars base.

Great Book! Be advised there is a 2019 edition of this book sold on Amazon but was highly edited for obvious reasons. There is about 60 pages missing out of the 2019 edition. This review is based on the original published work of William Cooper released in 1991. I had to pay some money for this book from a seller on eBay but the original version was worth the price.

The book covers Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars used against the populace, Secret Socities and the New World Order, Oath of Initiation of an Unidentified Secret Order, the Secret Treaty of Verona, H.R. 4079 and FEMA, Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, The Secret Government, Treason in High Places, Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and the story of Jonathan May. i must have read this after it first came out. i bought it at a local pawn shop. it feed right into where i was at the time. i still like the idea of the masses being distracted from reality. very useful tool for those with their own agenda. also of interest was the masons. i lent my copy to a member of said society to get his take on it. he has not returned yet. anyway we can take it for what it is,someones view and opinion, or go off on a zealous tangent. twnmwbd.

Wasn’t worth all the hype it got years ago (the back story of the author is more interesting than the actual book). At least there’s a shout out to my old hometown of Kearny, NJ, in some ‘classified letters’ of an experiment to overtake a town to implement a new shadow government as an exercise by our government. “The truth is out there.” (it’s behind your couch)

good read... lots of information is crammed in this book. Seems like the author wrote it as a collective rather than a whole work.
