Zerbe has deep understanding of the complex psychological binds people with EDs can struggle with. The best book I've read - humanistic, psychoanalytic bent, with an appreciation for the various schools of therapy that may prove helpful. Case studies provide deeper insight into all topics Zerbe covers.

A must read for anyone touched by eating disorders.
