OCD holds Lizzie Brown captive, and the only relief she finds is sitting with her friend’s younger brother, Damon Meyers, who’s been in a coma for a month. She’s with him every day, clinging to the hope that if she can help him wake up, she, too, can break free from the chains of her illness.
Blinded by the beating his gang leader ordered, Damon knows his days are numbered, because nobody leaves the gang alive. He can’t possibly get involved with sweet, innocent, LizBelle no matter how much he wants to.
Damon’s violent life is a vivid reminder of her traumatic past. One Lizzie’s not sure she can work through, especially when Damon’s former gang members come sniffing around.

I just want you to know that this story is one of empowerment and overcoming dire circumstances; however, I would never want you to risk your mental health by reading this if these topics are still sensitive to you.

I was given an ARC of this book from the author for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
I had so much anxiety through this book haha I know it's weird, but Damon's blindness had me on edge, like I was feeling it with him. I found myself tensing my muscles as I was reading about him attempting to navigate his new normal. Him falling in love with Lizzie without even seeing her (or well, even being conscious haha) is just about the sweetest thing.
After he attacked by his former gang brothers and put into a coma, Damon hears Lizzie's voice in his half-waking state. Lizzie is by his side the entire time he's in the coma, talking to him, begging him to wake up, even making a deal with him: Wake up, and his prize will be a kiss. Lizzie didn't actually think he could hear, but when he finally wakes up - guess what he wants.
Lizzie has trauma in her past that kept her homebound for a while, but with the help of her friends Angelina (from Limitless) and Sarah (from Fearless) she coming out of her shell. But does that include falling for a now-blind former gang member who is way more experience in love and life?
I spent the majority of this book in a tense state, not only from Damon's blindness, but also from the tension between him and Lizzie when his old life comes back to haunt him. Damon was so sweet to Lizzie, trying to help her come to terms with his life, but also with life on "the outside."
This series deals with a lot of heavy emotions, situations and has a lot of triggers. Please make sure you know them before reading this series. I loved every book in this series, but they did take a lot of out of me. They were super emotional, and I felt every single emotion thanks to Lynn's writing style. I'm hoping, maybe, some more stories in this universe - like a wedding novella or something! haha
Endless is a sweet love story between a good girl and bad boy trying to overcome their pasts and inner demons.
Lizzie and Damon's love story was as sweet as candy. There is a bit of instalove but these two had a connection that was believable. They just seemed to understand each other and know what the other needed. I loved how accepting Damon was of Lizzie's OCD and Lizzie giving Damon the tough love he needed to turn his life around. I think these two really balanced each other out. I also adored how much Damon teased Lizzie just to hear her get flustered. So cute!
This story is very character focused. Not much plot wise was occurring but the relationship between Damon and Lizzie kept me turning the pages. I think this book is definitely for the romantics.
Rush does a good job of handling hard topics. I think Damon's blindness, his relationship with his ex gang members and Lizzie's OCD were handled really well. Nothing felt glossed over or that the characters got an easy fix for their problems. It made the characters feel realistic.
This is a closed door romance. We get lots of kisses, plus some second base action that is alluded to. The kisses were intense too!
Overall, I really enjoyed reading about Lizzie and Damon. I'd been waiting for Lizzie's story since book one and I'm glad to see she got her happy ending. I thought Lizzie & Damon were really sweet and their romance definitely warmed my heart.

The Survivors series handles dark and triggering topics. Trigger Warnings provided by the author are: drug addiction, gang violence, OCD, flashbacks, mental health struggles, anxiety, death of a parent, and depression. Specific chapters to point out are: 7, 28, 48
Endless is the third book in the Survivor Series, but can be read as a standalone. I recommend you read the other books in the series as I feel it’s an interconnected standalone. This book is about overcoming fears, empowerment, seeing people for who they are truly with no judgement and a sweet love story. It does have some triggers such as discussions on sex trafficking, sexual and drug abuse, gangs, and a variety of mental health matters. Damon and Lizzie were two broken people due to previous circumstances. Damon was lost, and even though he had his brother to raise him that didn’t stop him from turning to a life of gangs, and violence. The people, his brothers who he thought were family left him for dead and he paid the price when he could no longer see. Lizzie had a lot of loss in her life from a young age that left her with a lot of mental health issues and triggers. But, she was the only one who could relate to what Damon was going through. It was quite the roller coaster ride of emotions watching them navigate the hurdles that were thrown their way. The story was Angsty, with a few plot twist that kept you on edge while the pages are turning. They formed a bond, and started to be vulnerable and let their walls down, while also trying to figure how they could be the best version of themselves for each other. They were able to help each other overcome their past and a sweet love story developed. Although not fully healed from their past, they helped heal each other with love. Great read.
This book is the third installment in Lynn Rush’s Survivors series. I had a few issues with the first book, the second one did a better job of delving into those emotional scenes that I felt were lacking in the first story, and this one was quite simply my favorite so far. I’ve been looking forward to Lizzie’s story, and it was worth the buildup for sure! As with the previous books, Endless deals with some weighty and potentially triggering topics, so be sure you know them before diving in. That said, the author did a spectacular job navigating those issues in a way that wasn’t overwhelming but rather added just the right emotional element to this character-driven, closed-door romance. I thought this would be the final book in the series, but I just saw a note from Lynn that another book is coming in May. I’ll definitely be reading that one too.
Read in two sittings. There was a lot of build up and drama that eventually got resolved a bit too easily. Normally I wouldn't mind that, but it just made some of the earlier angst seem a bit cheap. I liked the focus on recovery, and it was one of the better OCD portrayals. For once love didn't simply heal the characters, recovery was something they had to want and fight for. I also liked how non-judgmental Damon was, fully embracing all of Lizzie. But yeah, more grovelling at the end was needed.

I really enjoyed this book and was so glad that we got to see Damon and Lizzie's story. I really liked their relationship and I liked that Damon had struggles with his blindness as no one is perfect and everyone has to live with their own limitations. I was so glad we also got to see some of the characters from the previous books as well. I would definitely recommend checking the trigger warnings just in case. I thought this book was great and I can't wait to read more by Lynn in the future.
I felt like I was on the edge of my seat through most of this story. I was glad to finally get Lizzie’s story, as well as more about Damon too. Wow, was it more than I was expecting. They had both been through so much, Lizzie with her parents, and Damon with being jumped and now in a coma. I was glad Lizzie finally left New York and was doing as well as she could to adjust in her new life. She also knew a little about what Damon was going through and she made sure to never leave his side while he was out. I admired her strength, and though she still had moments of panic she never gave up. Damon had a bad past and had been with the wrong people, which is how he ended up where he was, but Lizzie has helped him and they had an unspoken bond. He now was trying to navigate his new life, without his vision. He really surprised me in this story. They were just two people who thought they were broken, but in reality they were survivors, and perfect for one another.
