I read Little’s older work Static Contraction years ago— made incredible sense to me but I never implemented it. Max Contaction builds on that earlier work, refining it and improving it. Now, to actually do it.

Good read on looking at muscle building in a unique way. Not used by many but it challenges orthodox training principles of multiple sets and multiple training days. The only issue : too repetitive. Author introduces the principles early and kept on repeating it throughout the book. Can be made kuch shorter read.

Great book on body building. Surprised that I see no one using this technique better yet even know about it. If you want to know why you do what you do in the gym and want a more efficient way to building muscle, read this book.
