This was one of the hardest stories to get through ever. It needed someone with knowledge of English grammar and the ability to spell to edit it. I can't stand misspellings or grammar problems in what I'm reading. When there are so many problems, it's hard to get through to the actual story.

That being said, the original idea of the Phantom Keys theif sounded like a good one. However, for it being only 100 pages, it had too many protagonists. There were three narrative voices with three different storylines and it got confusing. There wasn't enough time to explore each story. Each story was very jerky, jumping from one thing to another quickly. Really, the guy asking her to be his girlfriend after meeting for less than five minutes? Be a little more realistic. And the different realms and all that? Just too much going on in one story.

I really wanted to like this story since it's self published and an unknown author. I am all for getting word out for other authors. This, however, was a disappointment.

I would only recommend this to people that don't have problems reading misspellings and odd sentences.

I struggled to get through it then when I finished, I figured why did I bother?

Truly, this would be a challenge for any editor or proofreader out there. And I would decline.

The multiple points of view could be icing on a cake. This doesn't even have the eggs included in the batter, and couldn't even pass as a cobbler.

Although the idea and synopsis is intriguing, it doesn't rise to any expectations.

An idea is wonderful; maybe like Edison, the author should try, try, and try again.
