Si sente sempre parlare male degli Harmony, ma come si fa a giudicare senza provare a leggerne uno?
Devo dire che mi aspettavo peggio.. C'è una trama, bislacca, improbabile, mal svolta dove conta solo il lieto fine senza badare al fatto che il susseguirsi di eventi non ha molto senso; la scrittura è.. così insomma.. ma davvero credevo fosse peggiore; anche i personaggi credevo fossero più campati in aria, e in effetti lo sono, ma una lievissima caratterizzazione c'è. Quello che mi aspettavo era più sentimento nelle scene e tra i personaggi di cui non sappiamo niente.. e invece no. L'ho trovato poco più emozionante della lista della spesa.

Disdainful, misogynist radio announcer who thinks he sits in the saddle of the moral high horse. Bill Maher, much? George, the pet monkey in the story, was a better companion. She is better off leaving him -- as she did in the book -- but she should have remained hiding from him. Chances of marriage lasting HEA: nil.

Nacpala tam spoustu zápletek, které dohromady nedávají smysl. Hlavní zápletka jsi-jenom-přivandrovalec-z-Kalifornie je chatrná a otravná. Plus samozřejmě neuvěřitelně krásná hrdinka.
Překvapilo mě, že by měla vyzkoušet pleťovou vodu na noze (s. 31). Ale na s. 41 už to bylo pleťové mléko.
