The law of energy, the law of rhythm, the laws of focus and belief, the law of opposites, the law of positive comparison and the law of action are the universal laws that highlight the spiritual path to gain awareness of our potentialities and to be in control of ourselves. Aleksandra Zaric herself practiced spiritual exercises to change her life through the knowledge of these laws starting by the observation that everything has energy. Zaric distinguishes a form of higher intelligence from a form of lower intelligence. She suggests to focus on the risks of gaining energies from the other's weakness, because the power one gets, at length, deprives the subject of empathy. We absorb energies from the reality that surrounds us, but the first thing we must learn is to discern the quality of energy since it is two-fold, bad and good. Thus, one has to focus first on their own energetic field and then to the interactions between their own and the external fields. Positive energies belong to higher intelligence. What is particularly interesting of this book is that though the tips, and guiding lines look contemporary and seem to mirror a sort of zen/new age philosophy that even when is just an ephemeral trend is helpful because it is built on good principles, is a certain reminiscence of the belief that in the distant past called Middle Age was considered an inopinable truth, i. e. that every single material and non material thing held a form of intelligence and consequently of energy. The author of the Divine Comedy himself, Dante Alighieri recounts the effects of the angelic intelligences on the human being and how they influence the individual attitudes. The Poet borrowed this conception by his patterns Aristotle and Thomas D’Aquin who theorised that every element of the terrestrial globe was the revelation of God. The Middle Age individual had to discipline his mind and soul to discern the higher intelligence whose highest expression was of course God from the lower one whose expression was the Devil.
Call it God, call it angelic or devilish energy the masters of the past did comprehend that we are connected between us and we are made of energy. What they called God the modern science has proved to be a form of intelligence. That's the reason why this book is worth to be read.
Energy Intelligence is a great work , a trove of advices to reach a better way of life and it is also a profound book that expresses the wisdom of the past along with the modern wisdom.

This is a great book to work with when you are new to energy work and want to understand and improve and change aspects of your life, as it also helps to understand other people's actions. As an energy worker and NLP practitioner, I have experienced the power of the mind. What I really loved about this book is the author's enthusiasm that is transmitted through the writing and that is contagious to the reader. This book has lots of information to get familiar with for those who are not experienced in energy work, along with very useful exercises. It's a great book that can help improve your mindset and everyday life.

Energy Intelligence is a good basic book to understand in detail about one's inner self. Discovering all the hidden forces that lies within oneself.
This book is filled with practical, spiritual and theological suggestions, exercises and meditation tools that one can implement in life to achieve a better life.
I'm also a spiritual seeker and I'm in love with this book. I've read this book once and would like to read it again.
