This book is the perfect example of a historical romance, and Tallulah Falls in Georgia was the perfect backdrop for a sweet romance.

What I loved: The characters are well developed and likable. I love how their emotions are so strong that the reader is drawn into their lives. I also love the history and descriptions of this beautiful area in Georgia. The thing I love the most about the story is the creative and unique phrases Ms. Weimer uses to describe the situations in the story.

What I didn’t like: Nothing. The story all works together ... all the way from the detailed plot to the supporting characters.

Over all I give this book 5 stars. Ms. Weimer is a gifted author, and I look forward to reading more of her books. If you love historical romance, you will love this book.

A charming tale of God’s redeeming grace!

I found Grace Galveston to be an enchanting character. She carries so much hurt within her heart. It is coupled with doubt as to whether or not she is worthy of love. Throughout the story I wanted to see her heart healed and her surrounded by the love that she deserved.

I really enjoyed Daniel Monroe as her love interest. He is such a strong believer and a wonderful example of trusting God. I liked the fact that when it came to loving a woman he found himself unsure of himself and what God wanted him to do. This is so true of all of us when our emotions are deeply involved.

There are a number of marvelously detailed descriptions of Tallulah Falls and the history of this location. I was delighted with them and learning of this part of Georgia.

This was an amazing book, the first I've read by the author. It was touching with a lot of depth. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters and understanding their experiences and how they became who they are.

I'm looking forward to reading more books by Denise Weimer and highly recommend Redeeming Grace to anyone who loves the combination of history and romance.

Sweet read

The Tallulah Falls backdrop for the story sets a beautiful place, and Grace's search for God and the love of his people draws her to the simplicity she never knew was missing.
