Great resource for folks wanting to plant natives wildflowers in the Midwest. It's organized by flower color which helps when you have no idea where to start when identifying a plant. We used many of the flowers in this book in the new beds we made this year. Recommended!

A great book for what it is-something someone could use to pick up and quickly identify some prairie plants.

Very short descriptions of each plant and an excellent photo of each species. The author chose some interesting information in some "comment" section. I also like that they included a short prairie directory in the back for each state.
