What a great book. The invention of much better food processes that allow tasty imitation meats of all kinds has had me going back through recipes I passed over with an eye for substituting fake meats. This book does that for you with either homemade subs or store available subs for meat based dishes. Recommended.

Recipes look good but half rely on purchased plant meats, especially in the steak, pork, shrimp, and most anything ground. Surprised to see the dessert section, but this look pretty good too.
