'An X-Ray Atlas of the Royal Mummies' presents an archival record of all the plates made in a unique radiological survey of New Kingdom pharaohs and queens. The atlas includes 13 tables and 143 photographs, as well as 299 radiographs and computer tracings and 57 color slides on microfiches. The text includes chapters prepared by leading authorities covering such topics as pharaonic medicine and dentistry, the family relationships within dynasties, and radiographic techniques and craniofacial variation.
Got this book for my birthday as a kid. Loved it. NERD I know. I wish I wouldn't have given it away so many years ago; they don't even have a pic of it!
