Fälle mit den Detective Boys interessieren mich ja nie so. Dafür kam aber endlich mal die BO vor (RIP Tequila) und in der zweiten Hälfte des Manga dann auch endlich wieder Heiji <3 Die Realisation, dass Conan = Shinichi wird dem Guten aber vermutlich erst in Band 13 passieren (und an den komme ich momentan nicht dran :'D). Zum Glück gibt es ja noch den Anime.
Wie immer fand ich Kogoro sowohl hilarious, als auch enorm cringy. Er ist so ein Depp. Aber ich mag das an ihm.

Another amazing volume, I'm flying through this manga and i appreciate every case that the writer worked hard on, we still have little info about the men in black suits but we sure do know that the writer is taking his sweet time in revealing it.

I still had eight volumes of this series waiting for me on my shelf and now it's October and I felt READY to get SCARED SHITLESS again (if you know me, you know that me and the shadows used to depict unidentified culprits have...history :D) and boy did this volume DELIVER!

The case of the mutilated teddy bear just may be the creepiest plot in the series so far--in a good way. Not a fan of cliffhangers, though!

Conan hat einfach nie seine Ruhe, aber vielleicht will er die auch gar nicht, wenn er neue Hinweise zu den Männern in schwarz erhalten kann ? So oder so muss er wieder viel ermitteln und Kogoro "helfen", wenn man es so nennen will. Und auch die Detectiv-Boys kommen wieder zu einem Einsatz, in dem eine Schatzsuche sehr gefährlich werden kann, abgesehen von der bombigen Stimmung auf einer Spielekonferenz und dem tödlichen Treffen von Sherlock Holmes Fans. Conan muss die Wahrheit herausfinden, denn schließlich gibt es nur eine !

Das ist der zwölfte Band der Manga-Reihe "Detektiv Conan" und auch, wenn die Fälle in sich abgeschlossen sind, sollte man der Reihe nach lesen, da die Grundgeschichte immer wieder fortgesetzt wird. Es ist als Taschenbuch, sowie e-book erhältlich. Es kommen zwei abgeschlossene Fälle vor und der erste Teil eines weiteren.
Meine Meinung:
Der zwölfte Band der Manga-Reihe gefiel mir sehr gut, auch wenn nicht jeder Fall mich restlos begeistern konnte. Aber er hatte seine Highlights und sogar der Fall mit den Detective-Boys sagte mir zu, obwohl ich die meistens eher langweilig finde. Es ist eine tolle Mischung, der manchmal etwas die Puste ausging, es aber durch das Auftreten eines Mitglieds der schwarzen Männer neue und interessante Impulse schaffte.
Der erste Fall beschäftigte sich mit den Detective-Boys und der Jagd nach einem Schatz, den Professor Agasa für sie organisiert hatte. Teilweise fand ich es schon gruselig und es war spannend, das Rätsel zu lösen, auch wenn ich keinen Plan hatte, was die Zeichen bedeuten sollten, aber wie sollte es das auch. Aber die mysteriösen Vorkomnisse und das Geheimnis um die komische 1 Yang Münze machten alles sehr spannend. Vor allem das Ende gefiel mir sehr gut und ich fand die neue Erfindung des Professors prima.
Im zweiten Fall wurde dem Veranstalter einer Spielekonferenz mit einer Bombe gedroht und das Rästel darum war nicht nur deswegen sehr brenzlig. Auch die Männer in Schwarz mischten mit und Conan hoffte, wieder in seinen alten Körper zurückkehren zu können. Ich fand diesen Fall zwar ganz interessant und durchaus auch spannend, aber mir fehlte irgendwie etwas. Er konnte mich nicht so ganz packen und das Ende passte zwar, begeisterte mich aber nicht.
Der letzte Fall wurde geteilt und man traf wieder auch Haiji, was mich echt freute. Ich mag diesen Nebencharakter wirklich sehr gerne und freue mich, wenn er wieder einen Auftritt bekommt. Das Treffen der Sherlock Holmes Fans gefiel mir sehr gut und auch der mysteriöse Todesfall des Pensionsbesitzers und Veranstalters der Rätseltour war interessant. Für Conan und Haiji wurde es knifflig und sie kamen sich oft in die Quere, was zu herrlich war, aber es stellte für sie natürlich kein Hinderniss dar. Kogoro war mein kleines Highlight und ich musste wegen ihm doch öfters lachen. Der Mann war einfach zu herrlich !
Der Zeichenstil gefiel mir wieder sehr und ich hatte keine Probleme, dem Geschehen zu folgen. Toll war es, wie genau die Mimik der Charaktere dargestellt wurde und man immer ein gutes Gefühl für den Fall hatte.

*Note this volume ends in a cliffhanger!
Really loved this volume. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the vast amount of explosions in it XD (There were a lot of explosions in this volume like damn son.) But for real, all the cases were great, and HARLEY/HEIJI SHOWS UP!! YOO! <333
Case 1: Dr. Agasa planned a fun little treasure hunt for the Detective Kids, but it turns out a real mystery is afoot!
This case involves deciphering a code that is specifically built for Japanese hiragana. So heads up if you're reading a translation. I actually loved the cypher and the surrounding puzzle, it was really clever, and must've been a lot of fun to write/draw. The kids' stories aren't always my favorites, but this one was a cute one!
Case 2: Richard gets featured in his very own video game, and from wild excitement, gets extremely drunk before the game's launch at the convention. What started out like a fairly normal day gets interrupted by Conan running into a member from the 'Men in Black' organization. But before he can get any information, there's an explosion!
Not really spoilers for those who realize how long this series has to go after this, but no, we don't get any answers here. Gotta drag things out, amiright? ;) The artwork in his chapter is especially amazing though, the explosions and aftermath are so well drawn. I also think it's neat that this is one of the rare times where Conan /doesn't/ know who the culprit is and needs the unconscious Richard to help fish them out. Despite not really moving the plot forward, it's still an interesting case! :)
Case 3: Richard, Rachel, and Conan are invited to a Sherlock Holmes' mystery tour with some of the most dedicated fans at a gorgeous cliff-side mansion. When the owner of the mansion disappears, tensions rise, and he's soon discovered to be driving himself off the cliff. Was it suicide? Or murder? Also Harley is here, hi Harley <3
I love Harley lmao. He makes any case a great case, and seeing the dynamic between him and Conan/Jimmy here is great. The kid is smart sure, but it's still hilarious that he's the only one who sees the holes in Conan's story more clearly than anyone else, despite how obvious they are. Like, BRUH. xD
This is a great case, and the artwork is of course magnificent. It was also entertaining to see everyone trying to solve the case, not just Conan, since all the people there are avid mystery fans. It ends with a cliffhanger though, heads up. I'm super pumped about the next volume though, I need more Harley! xD

INHALT: Fall 1 beschäftigt sich mit Conan und seinen Grundschulfreunden. Die 4 fahren zusammen mit dem Professor in ein verlassenes Haus, in dem er für die Kinder einen Schatz versteckt hat. Doch als sie sich auf die Suche machen und den Schatz letztendlich entdecken, ist dieser vollkommen zerstört und Conan entdeckt Hinweise auf den wahren Schatz.
Danach bekommt Kogoro Mori die Nachricht, dass ein Detektivspiel mit ihm als Hauptcharakter produziert wird. Auf der Pressekonferenz entdeckt Conan einen Mann, der mit den anderen beiden Männern, die für seine Schrumpfung verantwortlich sind, zu tun hat. Doch kurze Zeit später explodiert eine Bombe und von ihm ist nichts mehr übrig.
Danach machen sich Conan, Ran und Kogoro auf zu einer Sherlock Holmes-Tour, bei der man eine sehr wertvolle Erstausgabe gewinnen kann. Doch während der Tour verstirbt erst der Tourleiter und dann auch noch eine Teilnehmerin.
MEINE MEINUNG: Den ersten Fall mochte ich super gerne, denn er war mit kleinen Rätseln verbunden, sowas löse ich selbst auch total gerne (aktuell habe ich auch einen Exit Games-Adventskalender und hab viel Spaß damit).
Der 2. Fall war auch nicht schlecht, für mich aber einfach nicht ganz so herausragend und einprägsam wie andere Fälle.
Fall 3 würde eigentlich auch in diese Kategorie passen, allerdings taucht wieder Heiji Hattori, der andere jugendliche Detektiv mit dem lustigen Dialekt auf, den ich einfach super gerne mag.

I liked this volume. It contained two full cases plus the beginning of a third case.
The first case was fine. I mean, you can't go wrong with a treasure hunt that gets more serious than anticipated. To be honest, I liked the hunt prepared by Agasa more than the more serious one, though its concept was fun as well. Agasa’s was simply more my standard of difficulty^^
The second case was gripping, and my main problem was that I remembered too much from watching the anime. Though I like analysing the execution of things, in cases like this one I find it rather annoying to know that all of this will ultimately lead to nothing.
And then, the last case started, and I was hooked from the beginning. A meeting in honour of Arthur Conan Doyle? Oh yes, how Shinichi is in his element! And when our all favourite detective of the West entered the scene, I knew I was in for a treat. He does not yet know, but I like his interaction with Conan nonetheless. We get several attacks on a limited cast of characters in a secluded location, and my only complaint is that I won’t get the resolution until the next volume.
So overall, I liked this volume a lot. The best case in it is without a doubt the last one that is not concluded within this volume, and while that is something I do not like.. I am very intrigued to continue in the next volume!!

This volume of Case Closed finds Detective Conan visiting Doctor Agasa's family members house and a mystery has presented itself. Its another adventure with the Junior Detectives which proves to be one of the most mysterious ones with the kids involved. The next case involves a murder...that may have been an accident, or better yet a mistake on who was killed. It's a fun twisty story that had me guessing all the way thru. The final story of this is a detective tour that starts and to no readers surprises...someone ends up dead! The question is who did it and was there foul play (Hint: It is more rare for you to win the bank prize then for foul play not to be in a Detective Conan story). This book once again ends of a cliff-hanger that is sure to be answered in the next exciting volume of Case Closed!

A ver, los casos en sí me han gustado. Aunque algunas resoluciones me han confundido mucho, sobre todo en el segundo caso. Los personajes están muy bien, y el escenario de la reunión por Sherlock Holmes me mola mucho. Pero, uno de los principales motivos por los que le he puesto una nota más baja que los anteriores, es porque tiene un error monumental de sinopsis (suele aparecer aquí), y te explican todo lo que acontece en un tomo anterior. Es decir, de este tomo, no te explican nada. Y también tiene algunos defectos en los que no se puede leer bien los diálogos. Sin embargo, sigo amando este manga que conocí cuando era pequeño y me encantó.

Prof. Agasa mengadakan kuis pencarian harta karun di rumah pamannya yang sudah lama meninggal untuk para detektif cilik. Ternyata benar - benar ada kode yang menunjukkan harta karun lain di rumah itu dan para detektif cilik berusaha memecahkan kode tersebut.
Saat menghadiri pameran game, Conan menemukan salah satu anggota Black Organization bernama Tequila. Namun Tequila meninggal terkena bom sebelum Conan sempat menyelidikinya lebih lanjut. Conan pun berusaha mencari siapa pelaku pemboman tersebut untuk bisa mencari informasi tentang Black Organization.
Conan, Kogoro, Ran, dan Heiji mengikuti Tur Petualangan Sherlock Holmes. Namun terjadi pembunuhan berantai di sana.
Saat menghadiri pameran game, Conan menemukan salah satu anggota Black Organization bernama Tequila. Namun Tequila meninggal terkena bom sebelum Conan sempat menyelidikinya lebih lanjut. Conan pun berusaha mencari siapa pelaku pemboman tersebut untuk bisa mencari informasi tentang Black Organization.
Conan, Kogoro, Ran, dan Heiji mengikuti Tur Petualangan Sherlock Holmes. Namun terjadi pembunuhan berantai di sana.

I feel very, very sorry for the poor soul who had to translate the first case in this volume, considering every clue and the entire incident was built specifically around Japanese vocabulary and the language's syllabary, but they did a creditable job in making it understandable despite that, so kudos! It was a fun case, too, as they tend to be when the Junior Detective League are involved.
The other two cases were equally enjoyable and it's nice to see little signs of the wider plot progressing throughout the latter two, as well. Enjoyable mysteries, fun character interactions and it leaves you itching for the next volume. It's Case Closed as usual!

I'm so sad this is the last volume I own right now! I'll have to get some more soon. Especially since I'm not remembering as much as before. This time Doc Agasa has a mystery for the Junior Detective League that takes a cryptic turn. Next at a "Mantendo" game convention Conan runs across the Men in Black again! And finally we have the return of Harley Hartwell in a Sherlock mystery tour gone deadly!

Relecture
L'affaire du code Lune-Étoile-Soleil, l'explosion à la convention de jeux vidéo, avec Tequila, et l'affaire de la réunion des fans de Holmes, avec Heiji qui a de sérieux doutes.
Trois affaires intéressantes, surtout la deuxième dans laquelle la victime n'était pas celle prévue et avec la présence des HeN, et la troisième, où une des victimes n'était également pas prévue et avec la présence d'Heiji qui découvre le secret de Conan.
L'affaire du code Lune-Étoile-Soleil, l'explosion à la convention de jeux vidéo, avec Tequila, et l'affaire de la réunion des fans de Holmes, avec Heiji qui a de sérieux doutes.
Trois affaires intéressantes, surtout la deuxième dans laquelle la victime n'était pas celle prévue et avec la présence des HeN, et la troisième, où une des victimes n'était également pas prévue et avec la présence d'Heiji qui découvre le secret de Conan.

Piirrostyyli on aivan upea ja täynnä yksityiskohtia. Kaikki on niin tarkkaan piirretty ja siksi tätä on ilo lukea.

I personally hate when those who do the work get no credit (the sole reason why I hate group projects), so when Harley was so close to realizing that Conan is Jimmy, I was so excited. PLEASE, HARLEY. TRUST YOUR DEDUCTIONS. Then again, the series wouldn’t continue, so I guess it’s fine for now.
Other than that, I really did like the Holmes case. It was one of my favorites the first and second time I’ve read this manga.

Detective Conan sarà sempre il mio preferito. Come manga e come anime. I casi sono sempre ben architettati. Mettono tanta curiosità nel risoluzione. I personaggi di contorno sono validi. Goro divertente. Heiji una delizia per gli occhi e grazie a lui di servire meno la mancanza dello Shinichi adulto. Ran ha sempre un debole sospetto sull'identità di Conan. Da qui nasce la grande amicizia e la complicità tra i due grandi giovani detective.

Call me a softie but seeing the Detective Boys in action is definitely one of my favourite parts in the manga.
And also I find code deciphering to be super interesting! Because I suck at it really badly, so seeing other people do it is incredibly fun to me.
What started as a fun game for the kiddos turned into a cold case solving, involving decades old dead bodies and counterfeit money.
Oh, and brutal murdering of toys. Poor teddy :(

I'm so happy! Heiji is back. And this is the volume where he starts to piece together that Shinichi and Conan are one and the same. I really enjoyed all the cases but the last one, even though it's a cliffhanger, is my favorite. I've seen the anime and have the next volume so I already know who done it, but I never tire of watching them try to figure it out.

Ho adorato la storia della caccia al tesoro con i ragazzini. Ma anche quella che chiuda il volume non è male.
Ma mi sa che questo devo rileggerlo, visto che lunedì vado a comprare tutti quelli che sono usciti da quando sono stata in Italia.

Another one that's not really one of my favourites. I think the most interesting part of the volume is that Hattori is on to Shinichi, or at least can tell that there's something weird going on with the 6 year old kid that knows way to much about crime stuff.

I am just flying through these, really appreciating returning to a manga/anime I loved so much when I was younger. Being able to get these as ebooks too really helps!
