Bueno, siempre está bien volver a esta serie. Ya iba siendo hora, así que me he decidido a retomarla a partir de este tomo porque: 1) la mayoría de casos previos los tengo muy vistos, y 2) aparece la Organización y sus movidas, así que es más fácil retomarla con ganas.
Con esta serie me pasa algo muy raro. Por una parte, veo que Aoyama tiene muy bien pensados los casos e incluye siempre variedad dentro de la fórmula establecida, con personajes carismáticos y un buen ritmo; por la otra, siento que se dejan al aire muchos detalles. Por ejemplo, en el Caso de la Bañera y la Máquina de Afeitar (sí, a partir de ahora daré nombre a todos los casos como me dé la real gana), se da la información justa para resolver el caso, pero la mayoría de secundarios se desdibujan y las acciones suceden demasiado deprisa no tanto por el ritmo como por la sensación de que no me importan un carajo ni los conozco. Tampoco pido que se desarrollen; esta serie no va de eso. Lo que digo es que me gustaría ver más engaños narrativos y que se le dedique tiempo a cada caso para hacerlo memorable.
Ahora bien, por lo demás, ¿qué voy a decir al respecto? Es puto Detective Conan. Mismo dibujo funcional pero carismático de siempre, casos bien pensados, diálogos naturales... Mi único problema es que el pequeño caso (Caso Aplastar a los Ricos Tirándose el Pisco) relacionado con la Organización del tomo es tremendamente casual. No me creo lo de la foto en el momento justo del asesinato, pero es que menos aún puedo creerme que Pisco deje un portátil junto a Haibara para que haga lo que quiera o, especialmente, que Gin acabe con uno de sus miembros sin escuchar antes un detalle de lo más importante para su jefe. Puedo entender todos los factores que permiten este desenlace, pero me parece que Aoyama los fuerza para no avanzar demasiado la trama.
Pero ¡eh! Feels good to be back. Ya GR me deja poner un 3.5 y nos coronamos.

Absolutely smashing stuff, especially 'The Street Corner of Betrayal'. Whilst the first two cases are pretty good in their own right, it's the final story which really lifts this volume; anything involving the Men in Black is interesting as it serves the greater narrative. Ai is one of my absolute favourite characters and she really gets to shine in this one. There are also some great platonic relationship moments between Shinichi and Ai and romantic ones with Takagi and Sato who heavily feature in and carry the weakest story. This volume has a lot to offer and is an all around great read.

Kirjan ensimmäinen tarina on ratkaisu edellisen kirjan päätöstarinaan. Jännitys pysyy yllä loppuun asti ja tarina toimii. Tässä osassa on myös kaksi muuta tarinaa, joista viimeisin vie varsinaista taustatarinaa eteenpäin. Siinä tuttu rikollisliiga nostaa jälleen päätään ja heidän salaisia juoniaan selvitetään.
Kuvitus on aivan upeaa ja tarinoita on helppo lukea. Ajoittain kyllä hahmojen nimet vilisevät silmissä, mutta loppujen lopuksi ei haittaa vaikka ei aina muistaisi mikä kunkin nimi on, sillä hahmot ovat ulkonäöllisesti tarpeeksi erilaisia, jolloin juonta pystyy seuraamaan helposti.
Hyvää dekkariviihdettä mangan ja salapoliisitarinoiden ystävälle 🤗

I had stopped reviewing these books because each volume was was pretty similar to last. However, this book really stands out from the others. I really liked the development of the overall story in this book. The early stories are episodic, but the final three or four all all revolve around the secret organization that transformed Conan. I won't go into any detail to avoid spoilers. But if you're a fan of the series you really should read this far. While you won't get any answers, you will get a lot of action on the main story. Also, if you want to take a breather this is a great place to do so. There are no cliffhangers at the end of this book! Overall, I highly recommend this volume, and it was one of the best in the entire series thus far.

So much excitement in this volume. It's always intense when the Syndicate shows up--and now it's even more so with Anita around! Easily one of the best installments of the series.

Die Männer in Schwarz tauchen wieder auf oder doch nicht ? Jedenfalls hat Ai schlimme Albträume und sieht dunkle Zeichen, die darauf hindeuten. Das wäre doch endlich mal eine neue Spur ! Aber es kommt alles anders als gedacht und auch in den anderen Fälle ist nichts so wie es scheint. Weder bei dem Arzt, der durch einen "Unfall" ums Leben kommt oder noch bei bei Sato und Takagi, die ihren Fall mit Conans Hilfe endlich klären können, auch wenn es ganz knapp wird.

Das ist der vierundzwanzigste Band der Manga-Reihe "Detektiv Conan" und auch, wenn die Fälle in sich abgeschlossen sind, sollte man der Reihe nach lesen, da die Grundgeschichte immer wieder fortgesetzt wird. Es ist als Taschenbuch, sowie e-book erhältlich. Es kommt ein abgeschlossener Fall vor, der geteilte aus dem Vorband wird zuende erzählt und ein weiterer begonnen.
Meine Meinung:
Die Männer in Schwarz, komische Todesfälle und eine Bombenstimmung....für Conan und seine Freunde wurde es definitiv nicht langweilig und ich wieder gut unterhalten. Zwar hatten die Fälle auch ein, zwei kleinere Längen, aber insgesamt gefielen sie mir wieder sehr gut und machten Spaß. Obwohl ich bereits den Anime kenne, rätselte ich gerne mit.
Zunächst wurde der Fall aus dem vorherigen Band zuende erzählt und für Takagi und die Detectiv Boys wurde es so langsam aber sicher eng, schließlich steckten Sato und der Tatverdächtige mächtig in der Klemme ! Diesen Fall fand ich wieder sehr spannend und fieberte mit den Figuren mit, schließlich ging es um Leben und Tod und alles sah danach aus, als würden sie es nicht schaffen. Die Ermittlungen waren interessant und Takagi konnte mal wieder zeigen, was in ihm steckte. Klasse war der Humor von Professor Agasa, der mich zum Schmunzeln brachte.
Im zweiten Fall musste Kogoro aufgrund seiner Gesundheit zum Arzt, Alkohol und Co. waren definitiv nicht gut für seine Werte. Allerdings kommt es natürlich zu einem Todesfall und sein Arzt wird nach einem Stromausfall und mit seinem Rasierer tot in der Badewanne gefunden. Aber war es wirklich ein Unfall ? Dieser Fall war echt traurig und ich konnte die Wut des Täters/der Täterin verstehen, auch wenn es nicht einen Mord rechtfertigte. Die Ermittlungen fand ich interessant und die Fallauflösung war toll.
Und im letzten Fall hat Ai Albträume von den Männern in schwarz, die sie und Conan später dann auch wirklich auf der Straße sehen. Durch Conans Wagemut erfahren sie von einem ihrer Pläne und müssen nun einen Mord verhindern. Hier erfährt man mehr über die Organisation und einem gewissen Pisco, der für Conan und Ai wichtig werden könnte. Aber dann geschieht der Mord und Ai kommt in Gefahr. Ich mag solche Fälle ganz gerne, weil die Hintergrundgeschichte weiter voran getrieben wurde, allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass ein paar Längen drin waren und es mich nicht so catchen konnte wie der Anime, den ich spannender fand.
Der Zeichenstil gefiel mir wieder sehr und ich hatte keine Probleme, dem Geschehen zu folgen. Toll war es, wie genau die Mimik der Charaktere dargestellt wurde und man immer ein gutes Gefühl für den Fall hatte.
Fazit:
Nicht jeder Fall konnte mich gänzlich begeistern, aber ich mochte die Mischung ganz gerne, zumal auch mal wieder die Männer in schwarz auftauchten. Vor allem der zweite Fall war klasse und ich mochte die Dynamik. Ich finde nur, dass es ein paar Länge hatte und mich der letzte Fall, der geteilt wurde, nicht ganz catchte. Von mir gibt es:

What a banger of an ending with this volume. The first two cases were more slow-going for me, but the last one brings back the Black Organization, drip feeding us plot lmao. But I'll take what I can get. xD No cliffhangers in this volume, apart from general suspense as to what will happen with the overall plot.
Case 1: The previous volume's case continues as Conan and the gang race to find answers. Not only to free an innocent man in time for his daughter's wedding, but also a literal ticking time bomb!
Some parts of this one were good and cute, but it wasn't a big hitter for me. Not bad, but definitely not one of the top stories. I feel like it might've been better had it gone a little deeper in the characters involved.
Case 2: While making a visit to the doctor, Richard, along with Rachel and Conan, get invited to the doctor's house for dinner. Meeting with the family, things seem normal enough, but there's a quick turn when the power goes out and a dead body is discovered.
I love that not every murder is cut and dry, and not every murderer is blood-thirsty and unforgiving. Sometimes it's fun to have a black and white bad guy, but other times, it's nice to see nuance and complexity. Interesting case with interesting characters. Not my favorite case, but still a nice one. I won't say more than that, haha.
Case 3: A recurring nightmare for Ai becomes a reality as she comes face-to-face with the Black Organization. Conan and Ai rush to stop a crime and finally catch Gin, but can they find the accomplice before it's too late? And what happens when Ai gets separated from Conan?
Let's goooo. What a case! Thriller from start to finish, I never read so fast lmao. I loved diving more into Ai's character, along with the suspense of the return of the Black Organization. Conan has to race to solve all the clues while keeping Ai safe, and it's a delicate balance he struggles to handle. Solid ending to this volume. Makes me eager to see more with the organization, but I know the plot is only sprinkled throughout the series, haha. Definitely one of the best cases so far though!

We need MORE about sherry's history pleeeeeaaasseeee
1. i read this volume twice due many interruptions
2. the doctor's case was okay, i enjoyed it.
3. but the next one about sherry and the men with black coats Hooked ME!!
4. i was sooooooo into reading it that i made sure not to miss a word or any hint!
5. literally i dont know whats gonna happen to sherry after this
6. they need full-one protection
7. AND WHEN GIN (the guy from the black org) SHOT HIS ARM TO GET RID OF THE TRANQUILIZER!! i mean this is so much commitment to the org.
8. I'm too much into Detective Conan that i cannot read another book. i'm starting volume 25~!!
all in all, im soo happy we have an update on the black organization; and that Pisco guy actually knows sherry's parents? and he killed them and they used their daughter sherry to develop the drug...thats why i need to know more about who's behind all this!

In this volume of Case Closed an innocent man has until 10am for the Junior Detectives to solve a crime along with Detective Takagi. It was a refreshing different spin, but a winning combination of storytelling. The next case involves a murder that Detective doesn't seem to be able to focus on...he's wondering what Rachel has been doing at night. The next story is knee deep in the Syndicate. Anita (aka Sherry) and Conan are knee deep in a case...and it might actually be too much for the two of them to handle. In the 23 previous volumes I have never had the fear that main characters might not make it out of the book...but the threat of that is very real in this volume.

1ère enquête: Satô et Takagi essaient de prouver l'innocence d'un suspect avec l'aide des Petits Détectives, une enquête bien sympathique!
2ème enquête: Ran semble éprise d'un jeune médecin dont le père est tué dans sa baignoire, malgré la jalousie Conan arrive à résoudre l'enquête tout en protégeant les innocents. On voit un côté un peu fleur bleue de Ran, c'était assez chouette.
3ème enquête: une apparition des hommes en noir, enfin!! Malheureusement pas grand chose n'avance et l'enquête et résolue vraiment vite. Vivement que ça avance.

I was not really that impressed by the conclusion to the first case. I think the whole premise just wasn't for me. The second case was a bit better, even though the method of murder was downright diabolical .
I think the last case was the best of the volume, which was kind of a surprise. I haven't really been liking the chapters that link directly to the whole Organisation plot, but in this volume it was actually interesting!

case 1: The case where Sato is trapped in a bathroom and Takagi finds the real culprit is solved.
case 2: we get introduced to a doctor family-with a young doctor who will show up throughout the next case as well- and a murder of someone who seems two faced.
case 3: the car of the black organization is randomly found and Ai and Conan try to catch. Ai is kidnapped and Gin sees her. My favourite case in this volume by far. The black organization has awesome cases.
case 2: we get introduced to a doctor family-with a young doctor who will show up throughout the next case as well- and a murder of someone who seems two faced.
case 3: the car of the black organization is randomly found and Ai and Conan try to catch. Ai is kidnapped and Gin sees her. My favourite case in this volume by far. The black organization has awesome cases.

Volume 24 ini salah satu volume fav-ku. Soalnya ini pertama kalinya Conan aka Shinichi Head to Head ama Black Organization. Dulu pas pertama kali baca ini deg2annya nggak akan ada. Udah kubaca berulang kali juga. Ini juga yg dulu pas SMP sempet bikin aku nge ship Conan sama Ai. Tpi skrang udah enggam. Shinichi itu punya Ran wkwkwk.

Conclusion to the handcuffed-to-toilet mystery. Then the doctor in bathtub murder (which had an element that surprised me). The cliff hanger is where the men in black appear, and Conan tries to foil a plot to kill a politician. Accompanied by Ai Haibara (Sherry), who has very valid concerns about being killed.

Hier haben wir am Ende mal wieder ein Treffen mit den Männern in schwarz, sodass es richtig spannend wurde! Da kam mal wieder Action rein! Allerdings bin ich Conan langsam müde; ich werde noch Band 25 von der Bib lesen und dann erst mal Pause machen.

Ich liebe es einfach, wenn die Schwarze Organisation auf der Bildfläche erscheint. Hat so einen bestimmten Spannungsfaktor. Ai mag ich ohnehin gerne auch wenn sie oft ein wenig zu Märtyrerhaft rüberkommt.

Finally some movement on the men in black! The readers are given more details about Conan's enemies, and Haibara finds her life in danger. The final mystery was much more intense than normal, and drew the reader (me) in immediately.

Three compelling stories. Finally, the black organisation enters the scene. Conan will always try to defend those in need and stop the thugs. Beautiful art.
