The Zurich Bible originally goes back to Zwingli and his circle of translators. It was re-translated in 2007 and is now considered to be close to the original, contemporary and easy to understand. This edition is particularly suitable for personal Bible study. It contains an introduction to each biblical book and a detailed glossary with factual and theological explanations. Zurich Bible is a product of TVZ Verlag that is only distributed by the German Bible Society.
