Jillian Marshall was dreading her ten-year high school reunion. She'd told catty classmate Regan Walters that she was married to the top heart surgeon in San Francisco. Now . . . could she persuade hunky doctor Christian St. Nicholas to attend the reunion? As the husband she didn't have? Was it going to be the best Christmas ever - or A Christmas Charade?
If you already know me from the several author/reader groups I am on, you probably know my passion for hot cowboys. I have been reading cowboy romances since the age of 14. I like them hard, tall and bad.
I also write under name Georgia Lily- If you love comedy, women's fiction, women friendship stories that make you laugh, you will enjoy Jealous Bingo Bitches
I wasn't overly impressed with this book on any front. I listened to the audible version and found it to be composed strangely. There was music overlay at seemingly random times. The narrator's voice didn't really hold any emotions. The book was simply read, not a dynamic story being told. The scenes were short and progressed from one to another quickly. The sex scenes, though there were multiple of them, were short. I don't know if they seemed so spartan due to their cut and dry nature or because of the narrator making them in no way sexy or a bit of both. Audible's sexy meter looked me too believe the book would be much hotter than it really was. Overall, I was disappointed by this book.
