TheIntentional Creating a Self-Designed Life journal is an undated planner that will guide you toward planning with an intention on your terms. Start (and pause) your planning when you need to. Let go of feeling like you're "behind" because you missed a week. This planner allows you to work through your schedule as life ebbs and flows. It also contains prompts that allow you to keep track of big and small goals and to take mini-steps towards those goals, keeping your vision in front of you at all times.
Inside are also prompts for recommendations, daily intentions, gratitude, activities, food/water intake, thoughts & dreams, and various reflections. You fill in what works for you, letting you personal vision guide you while you declutter your mind and boost your energy. The Intentional Me journal can be paired with the Intentional Me Courses and Coaching sessions available at www.chefaloconsulting.com or used on its own.
