This is a luke warm novel about a closeted lesbian relationship in the fifties. Although I understand that homo relationships needed to be kept undercover, I had a hard time keeping my interest in this book.

Picked this up after really liking Verel's other book, The Dark Side of Venus. Unfortunately this was like a sleazier rehash. Different names but same personalities and they even get together in a similar way.

This time I liked "The Bee's Kiss" even more than on the first reading years ago!
