This is one of the best books I've read for techniques for dealing with anxiety and depression. It was clear and concise, and free of judgmental language. In fact, the author's tone and manner throughout is gentle and encouraging, which not only encouraged me to finish reading it, but made me feel hopeful of making progress. I would recommend this to anyone looking for help with anxiety and depression.

Note: I read this through rather than using it as the week-by-week programme it was written for. Also, this was an ebook, so I don't know how good the audio CDs are. As it is, the book stands well enough on its own, and can easily be read all at once or in stages by lesson.

This was life changing for me, my internal thinking was not what reality is. I've learned tools that have helped me to live happier and a lot less stressful. I learned how to say no and what things I really want and how to communicate that with others around me. Highly recommended!
