Just finished Jim's book.
"My goal at the outset of this book was to offer practical, real life advice to help you be a better marketer. I promised not to be too theoretical and not to use too many buzzwords. I wanted the book to be simple and pragmatic. I've tried to make this book enjoyable to read, not too theoretical, and certainly applicable to your own business."

The book is certainly all this an much more. For me it was the most entertaining and fun, and useful book on marketing I've read written in a human language I can relate to.
I certainly feel like I know something about marketing now, something I can actually start applying now. For my personal brand.
I got myself a clear action plan finally after reading this book.
Before this book marketing was a concept too complicated to deal with myself. Now, even without a marketing professional by my side I'm sure I can become more successful, provide more value and better experience to my customers, find more customers and enjoy what I do more
