This is definitely a must read for all (both new and old) believers, it covers in great details on the four fundamental Absolute Necessities in following Christ - Worship, Fellowship, Scripture and Evangelism and that’s summed up “What Matters Most”
Importantly, it also clears up some doubts and misconceptions in believers. So it’s good as a handbook.
