Senso - Filled Pasta

Senso. as the sixth sense, that incredible feeling of being that is confused and repeats at every step in our lives. Crunchy, like soft, not attributable to the normal senses. Distant and the sensations that make them unique to our experiences in life, as well as in the kitchen. A world of memories and emotions that come to enjoy. And a ravioli looks like a bird in search of food, set in a natural setting, STILL, mystical feel to the palate, as indescribable texture, to feel like to view. Senso. as a study of colors, smells …… bearer of distant views. As the land goes with the sky and on the contrary, so the pot belongs to the ingredients and flavor to its color. A theorem that links the taste for life and flavor sensations, the color vision, and present it to taste. Senso as EARTH, that we belong to, full of memories and tradition of FREE, as tastes and ideas, which are part of us. The Senso of life, which shows in what we create, what we are, so to look inward, we can experience the same sensations of all time, and looking from the outside, we can see our unique style, and understand that we are only instill an I, Us. The senso of our lives, which is reflected in the passion we put into what we do, the art of being that makes us unique and such … .. All this, in my eyes is WAY, and I express it .
