This is a kid's book. If you haven't had a biology class in a long time then it might be a nice refresher. If you have a science background you can skim through most of this. I read this because I have an interest in worm composting. Found this section to be thorough enough to get you started. I will probably purchase this book to share with my nieces and nephews.
