This is an awesome book. I loved holistic approach to the subject. The exercises are interesting and representative of what is needed to keep your brain busy. I am looking forward to try some of those great recipes. One can almost feel professional educator behind the publication in a way the book is organized. It has small, but very important chunks of information served in easy to comprehend and remember manner, and "spiced up" with illustrations. It is a good read for absent-minded people, as well as everybody who wants to prevent/avoid dementia and Alzheimer disease.
