This book is less God-centered than most meditation books published by Hazelden (a long time favorite Alcoholics Anonymous publisher) and more about action in one's daily life. The format is such that each month focuses on one of the twelve steps, but I found it to be a much more palatable and modern twist on traditional AA daily meditations.

Only began reading daily from this book in the past month. I am finding it quite uplifting, & at times, inspirational. I will continue to read it in the New Year.

I started this meditation book on January 3rd as a book in my 2019 Reading Challenge. I have add notes to Kindle for my action steps and if anyone is doing the same I would love to be an accountability partner. Email me @ louisaparson79563@gmail.com
