The title pretty much tells you exactly what you will find in this cookbook. What it doesn't tell you is that these chefs are contributing to Share Our Strength, one of the largest organizations dedicated to fighting hunger.

The book was published in 1995 and includes a black and white photo of each chef. They were babies then! There are no food photos at all. Many of the recipes are a little complicated and cheffy. But hey, if that is what these talented people cook at home then good for their families! Many are also doable in our home kitchens.

It was fun to read the little bios of each chef and then dig into the recipes. I'm looking forward to making many of the recipes.
