One minute I’m standing on a rooftop, kissing the love of my life—the next, he vanishes without a trace. The moment TS disappeared, I knew I’d burn the world down to get him back, but even I couldn’t have foreseen how impossible that task would be.
Or the life-altering consequences it would create.
Now my psychopath ex is making good on his promise to destroy me and everything I hold dear, leaving me with nowhere to turn and few I can trust. If I don’t stop him and the Tome of Creations soon, I wonder if there will be anything left to save.
Including me.
GROUND ZERO, the explosive conclusion to the Blue-Eyed Bomb series by urban fantasy and paranormal romance author Amber Lynn Natusch.
AMBER LYNN NATUSCH is the author of the bestselling Caged series for adults. She was born and raised in Winnipeg, and is still deeply attached to her Canadian roots. She loves to dance and practice Muay Thai―but spends most of her time running a chiropractic practice with her husband, raising two young children, and attempting to write when she can lock herself in the bathroom for ten minutes of peace. Dare You to Lie is her debut YA novel with Tor Teen.
This is the final book in the Blue Eyed Bomb series. I have to give the author credit as she tied up every loose end and then some. There’s plenty of suspense and even some heartbreak/loss. And each of the characters that are still alive from the series as well as some that aren’t, show up in this book. I loved Sapphira as well as her love, T.S. I thought they would never get together! I was also a big fan of the werewolf Jenkins and even at one time wanted him to be the love interest. Of course I was wrong. T.S. was always it for Sapphira. This was a very slow burn romance throughout the entire series. I really enjoyed this book as well as the rest of the series. Highly recommended and it needs to be read in order as it’s an ongoing story. Good series!
This book had me in tears so many times as I read it. I was out through the ringer over and over and then somehow pieced back together again.
As someone who has been obsessed with Phira and TS for years now and I have been patiently waiting for this book for what feels like forever, this was the perfect ending to this series.
This book starts up right at the end of Warhead, which is good since I have been a bit broken since that ending. Phira has a lot going on the last few hours and the rollercoaster is definitely not done yet. This book has so much going on, did I mention that I cried, a lot, and I mean a lot. So. Many. Feels.
I have such bittersweet feelings about this book, I both never wanted it to end and needed to know what was going go happen. This is one of my absolute favorite series and it is definitely one to check out.
A good end to another good series. It was fast paced and I loved all the cameos from the other characters in the other books in this universe. It did feel like things were rushed… especially a particular death. I also didn’t understand Nyx’s love for Damascus. Unless I’m forgetting something, that felt like it came out of nowhere.
All in all, though, I did enjoy this last installment and hope there’s more to come from this world.
Gave me nerves waiting to get on a rollercoaster, anxiety like the loops, and satisfaction and elation at the end. Such a fitting and wonderful end to the BEB series.
Expect the unexpected with this series and get tissues. Just in case as it’s an emotional rollercoaster. It’s been one hell of a journey. And a brilliant and sensational read. The rules change with this series for sure.
