Healthy vs not healthy materials

Autoimmune diseases refers to a disease where the body is in error, destroying healthy body tissue
Simply put : This means that the intestinal tract will lead to condition leaky gut which allows entry of the “bad” blood and waste cells into bloodstream causing body to create inflammation to eliminate this blood. When the body attacks ALL of the blood-good and bad- is when autoimmune disorders occur.
Author does an incredible job of dumbing down much information and making it logical.
Included are meal plan and tasty recipes to create road to inflammatory free.
