Can this older ex-con cowboy tempt a curvy sweetheart away from a man who doesn’t deserve her?
AUSTIN Cora deserves so much more than him. He’s a robot, void of emotion. She’s soft, sweet, and puts everyone else first. Trouble is, she’s set to marry that loser. Sure, she’s young and way too good for me too, but I have to help her see the truth. And that truth is… she belongs with me.
CORA My entire family wants me to marry Rick. He’s rich and a wedding with him would mean help for my parents ranch and sick mom. But I don’t love him. Heck, I don’t even like him. Those feelings are confirmed when I see Austin. He’s tall, inked, and rugged. When he throws me over his shoulder and demands I rethink my decisions I'm reminded what I'm missing with Rick. And as wrong as it is, I want more.
Dear Readers, This is a safe, steamy, age-gap insta love romance with loads of heart and an extra dollop of spice! As always this title comes with Khloe's 'Easy Escape Seal', a no cheating, no cliffhanger, HEA guarantee.
Cora needs money fast for her parents ranch and the surgery of her mother. She is willing to marry a rich city boy that will help with the money, but everything changes when she meets the hot older cowboy Austin. These to bicker back and forth, but Austin won't allow it... And kidnaps her 😉 Instalove, sweet, steamy, romantic and safe with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍😍
Financially desperate Cora (h) finds her agreement to marry a man she doesn’t even like, much less love, in array when Austin (H) comes into her life with a special delivery, hoping to convince her they should be together. Austin hopes that a little away time with him, i.e. kidnapping her to his mountain cabin will give her the space and perspective to see things his way. Hot and steamy age gap, mountain man quickie.
Kidnapped by the Mountain Man is the second book in the Waylon Family Ranch (Rugged Mountain Ink) series. The story is about Cora and Austin. Cora's life is not exactly like a romance novel. The family farm is barely holding together, her mother is sick and needs expensive treatment, and she ends up engaged to a pompous azzhat who she does not love but has promised to pay for everything. When Austin comes with a stud which her father has breeding rights to Cora and Austin have a heated back and forth as things do not quite go as they should. Austin lives on a ranch at the top of the mountain but works part-time for Waylon when needed. He has a way about him that is brusque, opinionated, but also big and sexy. Once he finds out that Cora is to be married in days and why she is doing it he knows he has to help her figure out how to get the money she needs and have her for himself. There might be a bit of throwing over the shoulder kidnapping involved but it is for the best reasons possible.
H/h: Austin and Cora Genre: age gap romance, cowboy/mountain man romance Tropes: Instalove, abduction, arranged marriage, alpha male Triggers: sexually explicit language and scenes heat level: very warm (explicit) Cliffhanger?: N HEA/HFN: Y This book was very enjoyable. The hero is a cowboy mountain man (more cowboy than mountain man) who is definitely alpha, but caring towards the heroine. The heroine is a caring, capable woman who is about to marry to save her mother. Both are likable and interesting. I enjoyed the Instalove and seeing the spark between them. I even enjoyed the abduction. Recommended for readers who enjoy a light, easy read with a touch of steam.

I loved Kidnapped by the Mountain Man : Filthy, Dirty, Small-Town Love (Waylon Family Ranch) and I love this series. Cora is getting married. She doesn’t love him but he will have her family ranch and pay for her mothers surgery. Austin never wanted a woman in his life until he met Cora. Now he will do anything to keep her from marrying the wrong guy, even if it means kidnapping her. Cora wants Austin, but she needs to save her family. Luckily Austin finds out the truth before it’s too late. But will Cora call off the wedding with this new information? Such a sweet storyline and I love the characters. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Cora was going to be married in 2days! It’s not a marriage based on love but to save her family’s ranch and get surgery for her mother. Austin came to the ranch to bring a horse for breeding. He heard Cora’s story and he was going to act on it. Nobody should have to marry another without there being love involved! Austin is a take charge kind of guy. He tells it like it is. Cora doesn’t want to get married like this but what can she do? Without the surgery she will die. The characters are really kinda cute and sweet when they are together, could there be something happening? Really enjoyed the story and the characters.

The second book in Khloe Summers' Rugged Mountain Ink spin-off series, Waylon Family Ranch, is the steamy age-gap romance, Kidnapped by the Mountain Man. Cora is on the verge of entering a marriage of convenience to help pay for expensive medical treatment for her mother as well as save the family ranch. Austin is enamoured by the younger, curvy beauty - until her, he had no desire to settle down. But between his attraction and the knowledge he has of Cora's fiancé, Austin is hell-bent on doing whatever it takes to protect her - even if it means kidnapping her! A fun, entertaining, swoon-y read, Austin and Cora's story is one of my favourites in these interconnected series to date!

Cora is about to marry Rick, a man she doesn't like much less love to save the family ranch and her mother. When Austin meets her while delivering a horse to the ranch he falls for her instantly and is determined to stop her from marrying Rick. This is a fast paced, age-gap romance with family drama, angst, instalove, passion, and a great storyline. I loved Austin for Cora and how protective he was of Cora. Kidnapped By the Mountain Man is book two and this page turning romance is a great addition to the series. I can't wait to read the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Cora's story started in book 1, but you don't have to read it to read this one.
Cora is marrying the exact wrong man, but she needs the money to cover her mother's medical bills. Austin knows what's happening and calls her out on it, but she doesn't really have a choice. So he makes the choice for her and kidnaps her. Her wedding is in 1 day but when he kisses her... It all gets so much worse when the fiance tracks her down and hurts her in front of Austin.
Austin knows Cora's finance must be up to something, not that she is not worth it, but with his money there has to be some scam. Cora is too good for him but she belongs to him and if she does not break it off, he will take matters into his own hands.
Cora is marrying Rick to save her mother, nothing more, she does not even like him. When Austin abducts her she cannot really say she hates it.
This is a steamy read, with Austin doing what needs to be done to claim his woman.

A super cute story as Austin tries to prevent Cora from making the mistake of a lifetime by kidnapping her and taking her to his place so she could have some time to think. Only her fiance shows up to drag her home which brought up the question: "How did he know where she was?". Enjoy this wonderful Rugged Mountain love story full of angst between Austin and Cora. An insta-love you will not want to miss.

A marriage about to be entered into for all the wrong reasons and one man can't sit by idly watching it happen, so he kidnaps the bride-to-be because that's what any sane man would do. Right?!? However, it ends up working in his favor and Cora sees the errors of her actions and remedies it by choosing the man who's meant to be by her side. A quick, dirty and fulfilling love story that's set on Rugged Mountain.

Cora is engaged and set to marry a man that she doesn't love. But marrying him will give her the money to help her family's ranch and the surgery her mother needs to save her life. Even if she doesn't love him, she has to save her mom. Austin knows that there is something special about Cora. And, he knows that she is meant to be his. But, how can he convince this stubborn girl that he can find a solution to her problems? He kidnaps, of course!! These two were great together!! And Cora's fiance was a real creep! I can't wait to read Kate's story!
Cora is determined to save her mother and the family ranch, even if it means giving up her happiness. Austin met Cora when he brought a horse to the ranch, seeing Cora, he knew she was more to him, he just needed to let her know he was what she needed.
Great fast read with heat, passion and drama that pulls you quickly into the story and keeps you page after page.

I love the series and this is amazing. Cora was set to marry someone she does not love to help her parents. To her its the only way But Austin knows if can get Cora alone, he can show her that they belong together. He wants her to know that they can figure out here problems and help her mom. It was a great story and loved the connection between the two characters.

I know these are supposed to be short and sweet and insta-love but they really do need to be just a touch longer. You can’t say a book is an erotica, and filthy and such when it’s literally just a couple pages of mild stuff. I’ll probably keep reading the series but won’t do reviews cause I’m pretty sure they’ll all be the same. My thought is: make it closer to 100 pages, to give the reader just a little more.
I hate the cover these things mean something to me and I enjoy a good cover. I had a hard time getting into this book because every time I'd open my kindle app I'd see this guy and my brain would be picturing this guy. When Austin is watching her cry and hee is trying to work out a plan to protect Cora...he was sweet underneath his salty. This guy certainly doesn't look like rancher or that he even works on a farm or with horses.
The author has given us a wonderful older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Austin and Cora and does not let go. Austin knows that Cora is about to marry the wrong man, and takes it upon himself to prove it to her.

Cora has the weight of her whole family on her shoulders. Forced to marry a man she doesn't love, in return for him to pay for a rare operation her mother needs. Austin comes into the story everything she has ever wanted, and he immediately feels the same way. I love how he finds her the perfect way out of this terrible situation. Khloe always gives us the greatest characters and stories.
This story was good. Doing what you think is right to help someone you love. Always looking out for others and never yourself first. But all it takes is the right man to prove you wrong, to have someone look out for your best interest, to have someone care for you. All it takes is the one right person to show you you deserve better.
Austin is totally smitten with Cora, but she’s engaged to another man. A real jerk who’s only after her family farm. When he kidnaps her to keep her from the wedding, thing only get better. A really cute instant love story with a very happy ending. Can’t wait to meet Huck!
I hate that I had to DNF this one. It’s very short, so a very quick read. In my opinion it may have been better as a longer book with more plot and detail, but the part that made me put it down was how bad the “dirty talk” was. I think I made it to the part where the virginal MFC says “spread me open” and I cringed so hard I physically had to look away. I didn’t read anything after that.
This is the second story of the Waylon Family Ranch series and it’s adorable! Definitely a little steam with some instalove on the side. This is Austin and Cora’s story about a kidnapping that saves Cora from a wedding. Definitely a quick read that I would recommend.
This book is part of the rugged mountain ink series. This book is hot , steamy older man younger woman erotic steamy romance with some heat. This book is a great read.

Austin knows when he meets Cora she is special. She's set to marry another man and he knows he has to step in. She can't marry the man when she doesn't love him. He just hopes she can see what he sees in her.
This story has everything. The bad guy, the strong woman, and the great lover. All in one tiny package. I enjoyed this immensely. Great story! Straight and to the point.
Insta love, age gap and rugged mountain man enough said. I love Khloe short stories filled with spice and the best fictional men that are 🥵 worthy. Austin and Cora story was sweet.
How do I explain these books are super short and simple. Yes, they have some spicyness to them, I am not crazy about the series, but I also don’t hate it. So I’m going to continue reading. 🤷🏻♀️
