Never have I related to saying in a book as much as this. P'Yoo I feel you. Believe me, being an Interior Architect I have had my share of model making during university days and it basically does take the space of the whole living room when you start on one, for many days too.

''El es realmente bueno jugando con mi corazón. Es como si fuera un perro. El entrará y me arrojará albóndigas, luego se irá, luego volverá y me arrojará mas comida, luego se ira. Luego de ver la mini serie, me quede con una ganas enorme de saber más de Mark & Vee, y me gusto aun más su historia luego de leer el libro, espero que el la nueva adaptación no omitan tantas partes.🔥💛

I started reading the story after I purposely jumped to the climax of the story, read it to the end And right after I finished it, I started again from the beginning this time.
The story is Anthology, the second story out of three stories that all take place in a university and related to each other by the characters.
So, Mark who is freshman in (wait for it...) engineering faculty, was in love with Bar, a senior from the same faculty. He confessed his love to him (quite bravely, I must say) but was cruelly rejected as this guy is in love with other guy (previous story). In his extreme sadness, he got drunk so much, that he confused some other guy for Bar, try to harass him to make Bar break up with said boyfriend. That's how we meet Vee, who is not Bar,but his best friend and what's so ever, doesn't look like him and more over, he got so mad at Mark for his drunk shenanigan and he decided to teach him a lesson.
That's the kick start of the story. Vee has an unfaithful girl friend, best and supportive friends awesome parents and a brother I would have trade with my own brother. Still, he is an unfaithful rapist himself without morals and integrity.
The stories goes by Vee treating Mark abhorrently. Really he treats him like trash- he does a lots of stuff with Mark, but continues to go out with his gf. He continues to love her, even after he, and the whole university know, that she is a cheater (they don't know about him though). He continues to be indecisive about who is he want to be with and Makes Mark waiting or him for on and on and on.

Those who know me know that I'm a sucker of the movie Flipped. The author of Theory of Love used it smartly in her story and Faddist here doing it here too.
All of the sudden Vee finds out what a treasure he had in his hands, but by then, he is doing one of the stupidest moves that I saw in my career as romance reader and loses Mark.
Even though this review is a HUGE spoiler, I wont tell you what he did. Go read LOL.
My thoughts.
Well, I'm portraying my feelings for the story through the whole review and i'll focus in a few points that remain.
RAPE IS WRONG!
Rape isn't romantic, rape isn't a jump start for a relationship, even if it's LGBT one. But the Thai has a culture of using the "rape" theme very lightly. This story not unique in this.
I love a good groveling.
I confess, I do. In this story, in oppose to others, Vee acknowledged that he used force and try to atone it (sort of, but still). For that, Kudos to the author. He chased after Mark and Mark gives him run for his money. Very delightful.
Beside the first episodes, all the sexy scenes were very steamy that put a smile on my face- let's just say that Mark LOVES sex, especially with Vee. LOL
Both our guys get their happy ending. Mark isn't alone anymore and Vee learns to be a human being.
I gave it 4 out 5 because of some few things that I didn't like in the story. But I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the drama, the angst, the redemption, the cuteness and the narrative.

Hacia tiempo que no me encontraba con un gong tan hijo de puta, primer capítulo? Viola al shou, lo que oyes VIOLACIÓN.
Que hace después? Lo acosa y lo cela...
Tb? Tiene novia y ella lo engaña con otro? La deja? Nooo tiene que dejarlo ella a el... Que sigue? A si... El shou violado después de ser follado por el gong abusador varias veces piensa que está enamorado de él...
Lo siento pero no puedo más con esta mierda.... No puedo creer que haya gente que le guste esto, si alguna vez alguien está con un chico así, por favor huid y no miréis atrás. Ese tipo de relaciones (si es que se puede decir relación) son muy malas, esa persona no os quiere, simplemente usa a su antojo.
Que decepción de libro, el Dorama parece que tuvo éxito pero yo no pienso verlo ni de broma.

La verdad no pensaba leer otra novela Tailandesa después de 2gether, pero no pude evitarlo.
Primero hablare de lo que no me gusto. COMO DEMONIOS EMPEZÓ SU RELACIÓN, ok comenzando la novela me sentí super enojada y literalmente iba dejar de leerlo, ODIABA A VEE CON TODO MI SER-ahorita lo odio menos- cuando leía las partes donde el narraba, Dios no sabia que mierda se le cruzaba por la cabeza puesto que tenia una lógica estúpida. Me daban ganas de cogerlo y decirle ¡¡QUE MIERDA TE PASA!! y a Mark igual, como demonios te vas a enamorar de esa basura. Realmente estuve consternada.
No quiero seguir despotricando, así que hablare de lo que me gusto y el motivo por el cual le puse 4 estrellas. "Aprender de los errores", si Vee era un I D I O T A, le hizo daño a mi bebe Mark cuando el solo buscaba amor y comprensión. pero así como era un idiota, también aprendió a reconocer que se equivoco más de una vez, aprendió a valorar, a querer, a amar, a respetar y entender a Mark -sigo pensado que debió sufrir un poco más- cuanto paso todo el sufrimiento me gusto como se desarrollo su relación, Vee aceptaba lo poco que Mark le daba, para el era suficiente y estaba dispuesto a esperar a Mark. Otra cosa que me gusto fue los padres de Vee, son grandes padres aceptaron a Mark por que le hacia feliz a su hijo, por que habían visto como Vee habia sufrido cuando se separo de Mark. Me gusta como miman y quieren a Mark - mi bebé se merece lo mejor del mundo-. Otra cosa que ame e hizo que mi odio hacia Vee se reduzca es que ayudo de cierta manera a que la relación entre Mark y su papá mejoraran y Mark fue muy feliz por eso.
Bueno para finalizar cuando estaba terminando de leerla me enteré que tiene una serie de 4 capítulos y que ES EL SEGUNDO LIBRO!!!.-Que estúpida-

So toxic. Vee acted like an idiot the whole time and Mark irritated me by forgiving him, but when I thought for a while I think I would be as irritating as Mark if it was someone I am really in love with. Loved it.

A good food for thought from this story:

P.S. Details in this book are more like those in the old version of the short series (iqiyi app.). However, although the new version of Love Mechanics the series (WeTV app.), might partially differ from this book, I think I still like it, especially for the added scenes that are convincing and very romantic. In sum, this is A MUST WATCH series. It is definitely worth your time.

La verdad no se que pensar sobre esta historia. Es una historia que tiene un comienzo muy, pero muy fuerte y nada justificable.
Vee afirma que lo que hizo fue para darle una lección a Mark pero creo que fue demasiado. No, sin duda fue demasiado.
Aquí como ya presente, tenemos dos personajes importantes; Vee y Mark, dos estudiantes de ingeniería (Claro que si) que cruzan sus caminos y crean una singular historia.
Es una historia que te engancha de muchas formas, aquí no hay las grandes cursilerias que tiene TOSSARA; si había celos y peleas pero eran super ridículas y lindas lo perdonas al momento.
Aquí hay celos, un gran ambiente tóxico pero no lo voy a negar, es adictiva esta historia, quieres saber que pasa y como termina.
No es la mejor historia, pues a pesar del horrible inicio, avanzas con los personajes, aprendes de ellos; los odias y los amas, y me gustó bastante.
Creo que si le vas a dar una oportunidad, debes recordar que es una historia, y que lo que pasa de inicio a fin no es nada sano. La historia tiene una pequeña serie de televisión que no es mala, es muy rápida pero entretiene un rato, justo como este libro.
Es un libro con todo.

This remains one of my favourite stories, I loved the 1st TV adaptation, loved even more the 2nd. And the book doesn't disappoints.
The book makes easier to understand what's going in their heads (as much as one can understand such mess). Why I like this book is because of how human they are. They are messy, confused, illogical and make mistakes... like we all do one way or another. Fluffy romance is comforting but I appreciate when characters and stories are more fleshed out and the conflict are actual credible conflicts.
There are some differences with TV adaptation. Main one would be how it starts. And that's the main warning I have to give to any may-be-readers and why it's 4 stars and not 5. Beware that the 1st time they are together, no consent (drunken or otherwise) is involved. That's the 1st chapter.
After that the book evolves pretty much in the same way. Feel free to simply not read that 1st chapter, it's unnecessary.
How it starts and how it continues is not consistent. The fact you can change it for a drunken night together and it works just as well pretty much proves it was unnecessary.
I still love and recommend this story, but you ought to know this book starts with a major potential trigger.
NOTE: this book is officially translated to english and for sale on meb app (the app is easy to use but there are tutorials online if you need them, just google them).

terminé TOSSARA para tener argumentos válidos para decir que VEE ES UN MALDITO VIOLÍN, INFIEL Y ABUSADOR, algo que reafirmé en love mechanics.
es una relación que empezó muy MAL desde el inicio, y YO LO SABÍA, pero aún así duele, aunque estuve muy feliz cuando Vee lloró y lloró, pero cuando Mark estuvo triste YO ESTUVE TRISTE.
Bueh, no perdoné a Vee ahí, pero sé que va a atesorar mucho a Mark, PORQUE YO TE AMABA MARK, AÚN CON TUS GUSTOS CHUSCOS.
El libro I, me entretuvo mucho, y satisfació mis necesidades de odiar.
PERO QUE CHUCHA FUE EL LIBRO II, Vee realmente hizo lo imposible para complacer y amar a Mark, y luego viene lo de Ploy DONDE VEE SE COMPORTA MUY IMBECIL, y era muy normal la incomodidad de Mark, claro que luego viene lo del embarazo y todo se puso más WTF, AUN ASI, que necesidad de serle infiel a Vee??, te viste reflejado en ese tipo y que???, aún cuando fue un beso, SIGUE SIENDO INFIDELIDAD, y lo peor fue "pero no sentí nada, no sentí amor'', perdón pero esas excusas son UN ASCO.
Mark me decepcionó mucho en esa parte:(, y realmente se notó la dependencia emocional que tiene Vee con Mark, en sí, son ambos, pero sigo pensando que lo de Vee es mucho más grande.
Bien, ahora tengo problemas con su relación, les tengo cariño pero me causa muchos conflictos internos dejar pasar TODO eso.
En conclusión, Vee y Mark necesitan terapia de pareja URGENTE, aunque también me gusta el hecho de que Vee sea un tremendo simp (no es sano).

Bueno, este es mi tema.
El libro fue súper adictivo PERO tiene un problema enorme y es romantizar actitudes tóxicas (que después de ver muchos BLs, creo que ya es algo del país).
Cuando leí el primer capítulo estuve a punto de dejarlo porque empieza con una situación muy fuerte que no fue para nada de mi agrado pero lo seguí porque quería saber cómo los protagonistas superaban eso.
Cuando la situación comienza a mejorar y empiezan a crecer como personas (especialmente Vee), el libro se vuelve muy lindo y con muchas escenas y diálogos cargados de ternura. Me pareció genial cómo se desarrolló todo pero eso no me hace olvidar la escena inicial que me parece completamente innecesaria, y por la cual le bajé una estrella entera a Love Mechanics.

Me decidí a leer el libro porque la serie me gustó mucho, y aunque no debería, es imposible no comparar ambas cosas.
En las primeras páginas del libro puedes notar que el personaje de Vee es más patán de lo que en la serie, pero eso sólo es muy al principio, después termina siendo prácticamente igual que en la serie. De hecho creo que la serie es un buen resumen del libro y ocurren cosas incluso más emocionantes.
El libro va de menos a más, y creo que se desarrolla de una manera muy fluida, no te aburre, y aunque es muy largo lo avanzas rápido. Además tengo que reconocer que las escenas de contenido explícito me gustaron mucho. A mi parecer están muy bien escritas.
Así que, por supuesto voy a leer el siguiente

Reading this book, I fall in love with Mark over and over again, and i also have enjoyable time to happily hated Vee.
My problem maybe just how normalized the asshole acts of Vee to accepted, that some of them listed to crime but yet no much apologize and like Mark deserve to be treated that way.

First chapter is not my cup of tea so I'm still not sure if I give this novel 4 stars. Other than this thing I really love the novel version more. I'm glad to watch it before reading it so I can imagine YinWar as VeeMark. I'm waiting for Love Mechanics Season 2 I hope they can show us more detailed.

No importa las veces que lea este libro, me sigue emocionando como la primera vez que lo leí, aunque le libro toca un tema de toxicidad, para ser honesta es mi libro favorito de los libros de la autora.

Hay muchas escenas cuestionables, sobretodo por parte de Vee pero pues la historia se basa en drama y smut así que es solo una lectura para entretenerse.

Me vi la serie y la pareja que más química tenía (gracias Yin y War) me hizo querer saber más sobre su historia y wow si que fue intensa.
Nada justifica lo que Vee hizo con Mark. Pero a lo largo de la historia vemos como cambia sus costumbres y pensamientos y acepta como vivirá su vida en adelante.
Creo que Vee es uno de los pocos celosos que soporto jaja tan intenso salio el chico tan galante como su padre.
Los padres de ambos son una gran parte de la historia que me gusto leer, como Vee ayuda a que Mark tenga una buena relación con su padre y amo a la familia Vivis. Y a todo el grupo de ambos son geniales que grandes amigos.

Sinceramente, nunca volvería a leerme el libro, cuando lo lei por primera vez, era ese momento de mi vida donde podia leer y ver de todo sin importar que fuera muy toxico, pero ahora simplemente no puedo hacerlo, sin embargl si es un libro muy bueno, me gusto mucho en su momento y aunque la mayoria odio a Vee y entendio a Mark yo fui muy comprensiva con Vee por razones personales, ningun personaje me aprecio maduro o logico, sin embargo son personajes con los que te encariñas con el tiempo.
