They’ll have to strike fast and hard if they want their happily ever after…

Lexi “Lynx” Sobado would love to marry Striker Rheas. First, though, she’ll have to track down her husband. The US military told Lynx she was a widow. She grieved, agonized, and healed with Striker’s love. Then she discovered her husband had turned black ops, alive and well. To move on with her life, Lynx must hand him the divorce papers and get his signature before he gets lost in another CIA operation. Lynx has a plan.

Striker already waited a lifetime for Lynx. They are so close to their happily ever after. But when a terrorist cell kidnaps an asset from Striker’s SEAL days, Striker knows he can’t rest until the man and his family are safe.

Striker makes the call – A brother’s life is on the line; Lynx, will you help?

Lynx doesn’t hesitate for a second.

Can Lynx and Striker complete the mission and finally find their way to the altar? Not if the terrorists—and Lynx’s not-so-dead husband —have anything to say about it.

Consistently awesome!

Fiona Quinn is a consummate storyteller who deftly weaves fictionalized versions of current events into stories for her amazing characters who are perfectly designed to draw you into their world and keep you mesmerized throughout their adventure. This installment offers a fast-paced look into the lives of Striker Rheas, the Strike Force Commander, and Lexi (Lynx) Sobado, their “puzzler” (a gifted and highly perspicacious individual who often sees things others don’t and has a talent for assessing situations from a unique perspective). What starts as a personal mission to get some divorce papers signed is quickly subsumed into a high-stakes rescue mission brimming with suspense, action, and enough tension to make you reach for your antacid. Fair warning – this is a seriously addictive series!

I was provided with an advance copy of this book, for which I thank the author and Rukia Publishing, but I am sharing my honest and unbiased review on a completely voluntary basis.

This book drew me in from Page 1!

Fiona Quinn draws you in from the very beginning of the book. I couldn't put it down and had it read the same day I got it! The story line is something you can actually picture happening and probably is happening right now!
I think anyone reading this book will LOVE it and want to cheer on the characters as they go on their missions to save someone new. The Strike Team goes off to save their asset while Lexi goes to meet her "dead" husband to get divorce papers signed but like real life her plan gets derailed. Now they are on the move to get their asset to safety and hopefully everyone else safe. When in a different Country nothing is ever simple or easy! Anything that can go wrong just might!
I absolutely love going back to the Lynx series when I new book comes out and is always on my Read when it first comes out! I can't get my hands on Fiona Quinn's books fast enough! If you haven't read any books in the Lynx series I suggest you read them first as they are so phenomenal that I think you will be hooked from book 1 Weakest Lynx! I can't wait to read the next Lynx book and I know the wait will be totally worth it!
Thank You Fiona Quinn for all the addictive books you write!!! I can't wait for the next book to come out whatever it may be!

If I could give Fiona Quinn's books 10 stars I would! I really love The World of Iniquus, a specialist private security company with very special and interesting operatives who deal with any job that a client is willing to pay for - within the law, from protecting an autistic child with a penchant for running off, whose self absorbed parents think it's a good idea to walk around in New York city, to rescuing an interpreter from Iraq whose life is in danger. Meanwhile, Lexi, call name Lynx, has been desperately trying to get the signature of her Black Ops husband on divorce papers. He is believed dead - except that Lynx knows he's alive, having rescued him from torture some time before, thanks to her psychic powers. Without his signature, she and Striker can't have the marriage they so want. Her husband and his bosses might think they can keep him secret and never give his signature - but Lexi is resourceful and has a plan .....I can't wait for the next book!
If you enjoy excitement, intrigue, hunky, brave intelligent heros, you'll those elements of these books - and that's just the dogs! Fiona Quinn's books are so well written the characters so well drawn, I get lost in this exciting world, with just enough of a touch of romance - I hope it never ends!

When Quinn releases a new installment in Iniquus World, I drop everything to get it read!

I wait for each new installment of Iniquus World's adventures as if I were a child on Christmas morning. Thrilling and romantic in equal measure, Quinn's narrative never fails to drag me to the edge of my seat, obsessively flicking pages. The attention to detail, the references to current world events, the realism with which Quinn imbues each sentence she writes, all point to a top-notch talent with a wickedly fertile mind.

Welcome to Bagdad. And New York.

Meet Auralia and Remi. And Striker, Lynx, and Deep.

You'll meet many other intriguing characters here; some more engaging than others. Some you won't like at all. But this is Lynx' story, and it will leave you breathless.

So grab your eReader and a mug of your favourite brew and join me on a ride that will rival any rollercoaster you can imagine.

You'll thank me, I promise!

Three blind mice.....

..but which mission does this "seeing" refer too, who are the mice? Is Striker in danger? Is Lynx? The past clashes messily with the present and sends many at Iniquus into full alert status.
I love the way that Lynx's mind works, it is fascinating to see her move, spin and flip the puzzle pieces before they snap together into an unexpected picture. But better than seeing Lynx work is seeing the complete acceptance everyone at Iniquus has for Lynx's thoughts, feelings and conclusions, there is no doubt, no questions...it is fantastic to see!
Lynx and Striker get one step closer to their wedding, not a huge leap closer as Lynx hopes, but a small step.
A fantastic, if complex book and I look forward to the next book in the series...in which I hope we will finally get the wedding we have all been waiting for.
I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

I was captivated from the first page of Striker. I am a HUGE Fiona Quinn fand and have devoured every Iniquus book as well as the spinoff series. Lynx absolutely fascinates me and this latest book involving her measures up in every way. Ms Quinn takes suspense and intrigue to the next level in Striker. Just about the time I thought I'd figured things out there's a new twist added. Lynx and Striker end up in a Middle East on separate missions that end up unexpectedly coalescing. The suspense and action will have you on the edge of your seat at times plus there's a familiar song referenced on several occasions that you'll find running through your head nonstop as you read. Absolutely outstanding book!

Striker is another great story in the Strike Force/Lynx/Cerberus Tactical world (INIQUUS). You can read this as a standalone but if you read the world, this is the latest and greatest in the series and continues to tell an exciting story. The characters draw you in and you really hope everything works out (which is always a great suspense trait when you are reading an HEA).

I found Fiona Quinn's books in 2018 and read all of them in series order and have been looking forward to the continued story. Striker did not disappoint. The story brings great characters together. I for one, really get into the story-line. And she has a special knack for incorporating current events - how she can know that an event is going to end up being "big" is a special talent for when you are reading the book and it seemed like it just happened very recently (each and every time). Great characters, great story and a happy reader who looks forward to her next release! Fiona is a great talent and won't disappoint.

Lexi ‘Lynx’ Sabado was an army widow when she and Iniquus team leader Striker Reyes got engaged. At least she thought she was. Actually, since seeing and speaking to Angel, Lynx has been tangled in the maze of divorcing one of the military’s most secret and effective weapons. Learning his location, she tries again but Angel disappears.

Saddiq’s translator services saved many covert operatives lives, including Striker’s. When a call routes to Striker, he’s surprised Saddiq hadn’t been relocated to the US and has a family he’s now separated from. Striker and his team go on the hunt. Meanwhile, Lynx is on board when Striker gets a chance to help resolve an ongoing family problem.

Oh my gosh! This was such a delightfully tangled web of misdirection and double-crosses. This book sucked me in and before I knew it, my day was gone, and I had accomplished nothing that had been on my plan other than several hours of supreme enjoyment with Lynx and Striker’s story. And while I may have a few more questions that when I started reading, there’s also the promise of more intrigue and adventure to come. I can’t wait to see what the author has up her sleeve for Strike Force’s next time out.
I received a complimentary advance copy of this book from the author.

Promises

The team is everywhere, but Striker and Lynx are going full throttle for all the missions. As several are taking place we get K9, Command, Margot, international connections,CIA Color Code and learn of a new group CIA Numbers and double Zero. Lynx doesn’t get a final resolution, but learns a lot, Striker keeps his word as does the team and helps an important friend and former team member, they take a big step as a family, and Angel and Grey learn some secrets are not as secret. It was a great read and addition capturing so much of this world.

wow

This book left me speechless. After reading this I decided there are a few more people I want Lynx to hog tie. What is a woman to do? They left her and Striker no options. Going to patiently sit on my hands and wait for the next book to come out this unmet. Until then I plan on starting at the beginning and make my list of people Lynx needs to make very unhappy. As always keep writing and I will keep reading. Thank you.

Lynx is on a mission.

Lexi wants her divorce now! She's tired of putting Striker and her life on hold. She sets off on Mission Divorce Signature at the same time Striker's team head the same direction to save an old friend of their team. Soon their missions collide, but will they succeed or will one or both of them crash and burn? Fiona Quinn brings us another great Lynx adventure!!

Another adventure for Lynx and Strikee

This author is still going strong with Lynx searching for her husband, Angel, to get a divorce. The story kept me engaged through it and I look forward to Striker and Lynx finally getting to marry. Over 30 books in this world and I look forward to the rest of this world.
I know how hard it is to write a single story let alone a whole large world. Thank you.

Great!

I absolutely love the way Fiona Quinn weaves her characters with words. She gives them such color and depth. Sometimes it's "poetry." This story is full of suspense and so much more. I really love this book. I do look forward to the time when Lynx and Striker can finally get married.

Great read!

I have enjoyed reading all of the Strike Force series and this latest one did not disappoint. Strider and Lynx have gone through many obstacles and now they are trying to solve some issues from the past as well as Striker's family issues. If you have not read thus series, I recommend it along with all of Fiona Quinns books.

The story of Stryker and Lynx continues. It involves both scientific Military realities and mystic knowing. The plot is convoluted, complicated and integrated. Three different story arcs make this a fascinating read and the teamwork and instincts of those involved are crucial to a satisfactory conclusion. But there is more to come, only better things for Stryker and Lynx.

I usually read books in a few days and I know that was the case with this one. I just forgot to mark it as READ.

I am a big fan of Fiona Quinn. I am also a big fan of Lynx and Striker. Sadly, I don’t tend to remember the plot, details and development that happened in previous books that I haven’t read in a couple of years. it is necessary to have read the previous books but it would help.

Suspense and Intrigue

I am really starting to get frustrated with Angel. Lynx rocks. I loved I've every book she's in, having Striker and team made it better. Ash and Hoover were the cherry on top.

Good read but I realized halfway through that this wasn’t the Fiona Quinn series I had been reading before, so since this was the fifth book in this series, I was a little behind. You don’t need to have read the others, but I could tell there were backstories I had missed.

Fabulous Thriller

There were lots of characters from the past who brought a sense of comfort through much tension and angst for survival and rescue. Great story and such thrilling in this romantic suspense thriller. Loved it.

intriguing

Brilliant and confusing a little at times, but thrilling all the way through. Better to read it in one or two goes to keep track of the complexities. Or it’s a while since you read the 1st in the Lynx series - Summary: A true mystery suspense thriller.
