Small, full-color "list" books like this one are great for a quick starting point about lodging and attractions in your destination. While they don't elaborate on much, they will certainly jump start your curiosity and give you a great place to start researching more info. This is very similar to the Eyewitness books but actually a bit better with a little more info on each locale suggested/highlighted.
